Soundware 

I ordered a Rode microphone from these guys. It never worked and I cannot get them to respond either through email or by phone. I would recommend you avoid these guys, they were lovely until after the sale.

I bought some headphones back in March which were unfortunately unsuitable. Initially I was very impressed with the customer service as I spoke to a very friendly person at Soundware who talked me through the returns procedure which I followed. From then onwards it became a nightmare! Having returned the headphones that same day, I phoned a few days later to check what would happen with the refund. I spoke to someone who was equally friendly to be fair who informed they had received the return but the refund would take a few days to process. A month later I realised the refund had not been made into my account so promptly phoned them again. Another polite and helpful person spoke to me this time and apologised that there had been a mistake and that he would make sure it was recitified immediataley. This was now 2 months ago! Since then I have phoned again and be told the exact same thing but with no evidence of the refund. I have also emailed and called almost every day for the last month and yet noone has got back to me and noone is picking up the phone. This has really upset me and taken up a lot of my time! Never use these guys! What a disappointment after such a good start!

From start to finish was a pleasure to deal with found what I was looking for, ordering was easy, payment processed and no hassle delivery I will definitely buy again. Great service fast delivery and easy peasy purchase.

Ordered Reason 7 from Soundware, found them online and they were about £8.00 cheaper than anywhere else and this included free delivery. Ordered in the evening and it was packed and despatched before lunch the following day. Tracked courier was used and it was here in less than 48 hours.

Really helpful company and efficient in their handling of my purchase and return process. Would undoubtedly use them again.

I ordered online from Soundware a USB/midi Alesis Keyboard. It was delivered on time and I was advised by e mail of the delivery 1 hour window. which was adhered to. Unfortunately, the keyboard had a malfunction and a telephone call to Soundware assured that a replacement would be with me in two days time and the faulty keyboard would be collected. This came to pass and the instrument was replaced and the faulty one collected as promised. The replacement was in full working order.
Although initially I had a disappointment this was dealt with speedily, efficiently and politely. Full marks to Soundware.

Really impressed with the customer service and communications of this company. I ordered the Arturia Microbrute synth for my husband the week before Christmas with delivery due the next day, had an apologetic email early on the due day saying it would now be delivered the next day (fortunately I was able to be in to receive it). Given an hour slot in which it would be delivered, and it was, well packaged up. Ecstatic husband, job done!

Easy ordering at a good price, received regular updates regarding dispatch and a 1hr delivery window. Kit arrived in perfect condition and I'm thrilled with it.

If you need help, advice then Soundware are great to deal with, never overselling,just enthusiastic about providing the customer with the best solution.
