Companies Like Webtogs do not actually exist they are created as fronts sold on and shut down leaving customers like us with nothing for our expensive Jackets.

I ordered a jacket that, in the flesh, was not exactly what I was looking for in terms of size or fit. I bombarded Mike from Customer Services with questions about the sizing and other similar products and he was unbelievably helpful. I decided upon another product with his recommendation and his sizing advice was perfect. I ordered a size up from normal and could not be happier!

He didn't stress me out with returns deadlines and made me feel like I could take my time with deciding on what I wanted to do. He kept me regularly updated and was so friendly! I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends!

I entered the country incorrectly on the order and quickly got a personal email asking for the correction. I then spoke on the phone to the friendliest customer service representative I've every spoken to - what a hero for being so lovely despite the fact that he was working on Christmas Eve! It is sometimes difficult buying stuff online because you can't pick it up and look at it. No worries, SWMS has a excellent returns policy. You get a pre paid returns sticker with your invoice to return and exchange stuff free if it's not quite as you thought. I returned the tent pegs I bought and SWMS exchanged them and sent my new order within a week.
