Tntracing 

I sent 2 pairs of fork legs to be serviced. I needed them urgently which they promised will accommodate. I paid the full service of £180 before their appointed courier collected the legs. A few days afterwards they confirmed they will not be able to carry out the service on time so I wanted the legs to be returned to me unserviced, use them for the weekend and then return them back to them for the service to be carried out. When I received my fork legs back I noticed they are damaged (certainly while they were trying to work on them) So I decided I don't want to work with them and asked to be refunded. I was promised I will be refunded. The refund was never made after 10s of calls and emails and promises I will be refunded. Had to dispute in PayPal and finally after 2 months of struggle I have been granted a refund. Will never trust them again.

Ordered parts for my bike tubes oils and plastics company kept in contact when parts were being delivered would recommend to any one

I have ordered and paid for Motorex oil from them at the beginning of May 2014. They had the best price. Nearly two weeks later - no oil received. On their website they state 2-4 days delivery. Not only that - but the phone number provided on the website- 01267 234085- is not answered and the message states that the inbox is full and no further messages can be left. I presume many others are in my situation. When calling on mobile number provided - 07787 977 202 - it is switched off and goes directly to voice mail. I left a message few days ago - no answer. I have tried calling for the last four days now - same effect each time. I wrote an email asking for refund or an update - no answer.

In short - AVOID!!!! It seems to be a scam.

There is a note on their site "TNT RACING HAVE MOVED". I am hoping this is the cause of all that and soon I will receive the oil ordered. Although I doubt it, since there is no contact with them, or emails from them at all. It is unacceptable not to answer customers' concerns for a week and have a contact number unanswered at all times!

I will be seeking refund from credit card company and will never deal with this company again.

3/06/14 - UPDATE: Still no contact and no oil received. I have checked on companies house - TNT Racing dissolved on 20th May 2014. On their website you can still "buy" things. Be careful there as you won't get anything as the company doesn't exist any more.

I informed my bank and will receive refund from them.

Ordered a pair of boots and some fluids for my bike off these guys, They were super helpful on the phone! Ordered online and the stuff was with me in 2 days! Top Job, I would recommend this company to anyone, Long live TNT... and my KTM! :)

Just an update, Once again TNT have come through strong. Fantastic service from them and very swift delivery. Pricing very much on the ball as well. 10/10

Order some bearings and filters etc at 2.p.m. on a monday and they arrived Wednesday morning. Well happy with that service.

Will use again!
