I needed to change a wheel and agreed to buy a new one. The owner tried to scam me three times in a row: first gave me a rusty, old one, then took my tire (that did not have any problem) and changed it with an old one, saying he "gave me a deal from his back shop". When I asked for my old tire (that was only 5 months old), he gave me another old tire that went flat after two weeks. I reported him to the Police.

High-cost repairs necessitated at least 3 more visits to get it right (I gave them the benefit of the doubt), but it started to look like sabotage... Parts that were "repaired" failed within a week, and as if that wasn't enough, they were extremely rude. Shame on them.
Absolute rip off. They quoted for an inner tube and said there would be a bit extra to pay to put two screws into the lock to fix it in place - what they charged for this service was €17. Cashier said there was not point in complaining to him, that I should talk to the owner - when I asked to talk to the owner he was "in a meeting". When I went to take my bike they couldn't find the key - when they found the key we noticed that the tyre was flat... That was pumped up and the bike returned to me with no apology or explanation offered - replied "didn't put the valve in fully- it'll be OK" when asked about it. Chaotic, careless & over-priced.
Great service. Good shop where I bought my first Trek racing bike. Enjoyed the stories of the owner, very nice guy with a lot of knowledge. Top Tip!
Went to the shop to get some wheel spokes. I had my bike with me. The guy went to get the spokes, then went to check them with the bike. Charged me 15euro for 10 spokes!!!
Came out of the shop, measured one spoke against the wheel and it was way too long. Came back into the shop, asked for correct size. The guy didn't have it, only too short or too long and kept insisting that I can still use it by cutting it. I asked for a refund, as he sold me incorrect stuff, he refused to give a refund. Asked for a manager, the manager finally found the right size spokes at the back.
Overall, avoid Top bikes at all cost, there are many bike shops that have great customer service and don't try to sell you incorrect stuff.
