One year later and the products are still not delivered... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

One of the packages in my order was badly packed, I.e. not marked 'fragile' and without any padding against damage, so it arrived broken (also several weeks late).I filed a complaint on arrival with Posten and after verifying the contents were also damaged I filed a damage report with Transaver, including a picture showing the liquid contents of the package sipping through the cardboard. The package had extra insurance. The horrible customer service replied unkindly saying my picture was not good quality, and when I reminded them they could also check with Posten, where damages were witnessed by the driver who delivered it, they just kept saying it is my job to convince them in practice doubting my good faith. I have not heard from them since then nor I received a replacement of the damaged goods, nor any other compensation. This is an unserious company, or at the very least they have incompetent and rude customer service. Will not use it again.
