First time cutomers.
We are first time cutomers and were delighted to find that Vets Food World stocked the urinary diet cat food which we could no longer access through our local pharmacy. Our order was placed, invoice received and delivery made within a few days. Unfortunately our delivery was not what we ordered and wasn't something that we could use either, we phoned to sort things out and couldn't get a reply so contact details were left. After no contact was made from them, we sent an e-mail two days later. Still nothing, not even an acknowledgement. We are still hoping that things can be sorted out because their prices are really good.
