I ordered 2 racks from Vikingdirect. Upon delivery, it turned out that one of the racks was missing its shelves. Upon inquiry, they stated that these would come separately due to their size and that it would happen within 2 to 3 working days after the initial delivery. When this did not happen, they promised to inquire with the external supplier and provide an answer within 3 to 4 days. Again, this did not occur. After several contacts and being asked to wait a little longer, I reached out again today, receiving the exact same response: we will inquire and let you know.

Unfortunately, it seems you cannot rely on the promises made by this store. Regrettably, I had not read the reviews beforehand; otherwise, I would have made the purchase elsewhere.

Shocking experience. I bought an item from them that I never received and paid for it. I had to contact them 4 times through chat and email to finally get a refund. It took in total 4 month to resolve the matter. What a crazy waste of time. I will never NEVER buy anything from this company again!

spam mailing to address, without a name.

Worst service ever! I Made my order 2 weeks ago, de period for delivery was btw 4-7 work days, after try with 4 diferents chat agents in 3 days, nobody can tell me when i gonna have my order. They said i gonna have a status by email, but again, nobody nows when, "because they don't have a minimun or maximun for answer you trough email. Oh! And, if i want my money back I need wait 10 work days AFTER the supplier corfirm that the order Is cancel with them. Was the 1st and last Time with them.

Lying, false promises and don't deliver
They don't deliver. After 5 months of waiting and false promises they just say "cannot be deliverd anymore".

When i ordered the article on 12/04 it was in stock according to the website. Then i receive a mail, article wil be in stock on 22/04 and sent to me. 22/04 passes, I receive nothing. After more mailing, they expect a the article in stock end of august!! Now they sent me a mail, the article cannot be delivered anymore...

Don't believe them, they just lie straight to your face.

They got my order wrong - three times! And then I discovered they charged me £40 premium rate phone number bill just for calling to see where my order was!
This company should be reported to the police
