The provider would not respond to queries, emails or telephone calls.
Charging fees on credit card with no intention of carry through is criminal fraud.
Its a shame.
Never received my Android, told me it was out of stock, tried to charge me even after I cancelled.
i recieved a takara multimedia gps and it dosent function properly the keybord dosent show all the letters and numbers so it is not useable i have canceled any further payments to winning bay and will no longer wish to be a member thankyou
