When I bought a twin pack of CCTV cameras from Wiziwoo I thought one was u/s as it was outputting black & white only. Having noted my disappointment via eBay feedback I was quickly contacted by Wiziwoo's MD, Mr Ralph, who advised me how to adjust the relevant camera setting. The camera now works as I had hoped for and I am of course very happy about the unprompted response from Wiziwoo. I would definitely recommend this company on the basis of this experience.

I ordered a set of 3 Panasonic cordless phones at what was a great price.
They arrived very quickly, before the expected date.
One of the base stations did not charge.
I contacted them, and got an almost instant reply.
They asked me to try and ascertain where the problem was, which I did with their guidance.
It turned out to be the mains adapter on one of the base stations.
I was promised a replacement, which arrived the next day, and the problem was solved.
Can't fault their customer service.
Would certainly use again, and would recommend.

Absolutely a sham, stated that they had posted the item when in fact they had not (I have evidence) asked for my money back but they decided not to answer any of my messages (I have evidence) took a case against them through Paypal and seller agreed to give me my money back on 11-02-20. On 17-02-20 it states in my Paypal account the payment is still pending! It does not take 6 days to refund, paid by Paypal but seller seems it is okay to refund by cheque through Paypal. Would all future customers read this companies feedback through Ebay.

Excellent we’re able to answer my questions and send me the items required without me having to change my whole system so saving me money and time will use these guys again

A company which provides good products at a reasonable price, with excellent customer service and very quick delivery service.

I asked a technical question on one occasion through e-mail, and I received a detailed response within an hour.

I ordered a Kingston USB flash drive from Wiziwoo Ltd. The item was as described, the delivery arrived sooner than expected and the price was excellent. A week later, Wiziwoo's MD (Ben Ralph) sent me a link to a 5% discount on my next purchase.

The memory on my phone is nearly full so I need a micro SD card. Guess where I'll be shopping.

I bought an SD card second one from this company , good value for money products.

The second order didn't turn up , lost by the courier , contacting the company they promptly replaced the lost item with an express service free of charge.
