BEWARE - DO NOT order from this company. This company completely fails as a goods provider. I have tried many times to communicate via email with this company after they sent me the wrong boots. After some initial responses I am now not getting any response at all and my order has not been fulfilled. The issue with my order is completely their error yet I am the one who is wearing the cost of the error. Save yourself any frustration and never order from here.

Woolandyarns.co.uk is a great online site with it's easy to navigate website and great prices. Also they only charge the postal weight for oversea's packages!! I will return for more goodies soon.

I actually live in Australia and this is the first time I've bought from Woolandyarns. They have a great range in stock, the colours on the website actually reflect the wool and I received my package in 8 business days (which is great, considering it wasn't sent via express post)!

Would definately buy from them again, esp. since their prices are relatively low.

Best price I could find AND free postage! Yarn arrived quickly and colour of the batch I bought was spot on from what I'd seen on the screen. First site I'll look at next time.

Ordered my wool on Friday, received on Monday. Very good communications, despatch confirmed by email. Could not ask for better service. The wool was very well packed too.

I found the site easy to use and in no time I had ordered and received the wool I needed - would I use Woodland Yarns again - most certainly and I will also be passing this information to some of my friends who are knitters.

I did know what I wanted which is a help but I simply put in a search and hey presto up it popped. From there on it continued to be nice and simple to proceed through the checkout. And it arrived in good time, too.

My only dislike was the cost of the postage for the small item I bought but then I don't like the cost of any postage!

My knitting pattern was delivered very quickly, in a sturdy envelope to protect it, and I was kept informed about the progress of my order. However the delivery charge was not shown on my online order until after I had committed to pay - in fact the 'checkout' showed a zero delivery charge - and I was not too happy when I found I was paying £2 on a £2.50 item. The sturdy packaging and prompt delivery did partly justify the cost, but I would like to have known beforehand - and yes, I know I should have searched the site for delivery charges first!

Thanks so much for your help with my additional request, and for combining the costs to allow me to take advantage of the free delivery. Really appreciated. Will definitely return to your website for more purchases - and will try to post a photo on Facebook of the finished garment!
