Sad zero stars is not an option. Not sure what the issue is with this company? I've waited 20+ weeks for one item. only way I have been able to contact someone is through FB Messenger. They have promised me they shipped it several different times and even "promised" HA!! I have given more than enough time to make the situation right and they just continue to lie and not give a crap, I say that because I have a hard time believing anybody can be this incompetent, I could be wrong maybe they are? either way if your looking for horrible delivery and service this is the place for you. ASK FOR Ayesha she seems particularly unhelpful.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered an item of clothing from 16sixty on 5/10/13. The order status was changed to "shipped" on 14th October. Nothing was received. I sent several emails to the company (phone calls were ignored) and finally received an item on 24th October. Unfortunately, this item bore no relation whatsoever to the one I ordered and seemed like an attempt to keep me quiet! Despite the organisation being in breach of Distance Selling Regulations, it is now 7th December 2013 and I am still waiting for my money back. Most of the reviews are fictitious and only from people who have received FREE goods!!!!

i recently won a jumper from this company and was so happy for it to arrive. as soon as it came ( pretty fast delivery ) i couldnt wait to rip the package open and try it on. i liked it ever since i saw it on the website and now that it had come and id seen it in person i liked it even more. great colour great design and a unique twist which i love, ive had a look through the website after winning the jumper and will so be coming back the prices are spot on the clothing is fab xx

I won this dress in a giveaway and i have to say im over the moon. Im completly in love with the dress and would definately reccomened it to anyone. The material is quite strechy which is good and the belt compliments the dress well. I was also very pleased with 16sixty.com in the whole as i received my item within a few days and the dress is very good quality at a bargain price. I will definately be recommending friends and anyone else who reads this definately give 16sixty.com a go, you wont be disappointed.

This top is really funky. I love the design and the print of the leopard heart, it fits in so well with clothing and accessories that are currently in fashion this season.I will be recommending this to friends and family!

I won a maxi dress/skirt from 16sixtys facebook page after i was contacted there was a very speedy response from there team and I.

The delivery was very fast and the dress/skirt is good quality i am very pleased with it so i went and had a look at there site and they are so affordable and have mens and children clothes too :)

This top is really funky. I love the design and the print, it fits in so well with the American-flag themed clothing and accessories that are currently in fashion this season. I also really like the silver rings on the shoulder straps - these allow the top to be dressed up a bit more for evening wear, for a night at a club for example, yet the top can also be worn casual during the day as a lovely summer tank top.

Love this item! It feels amazing on! Perfect with a pair of Skinny Jeans or shorts. I am going to be wearing this on my holidays and maybe even on a night out. The shrug is very good quality and the blue is very vibrant! I will be recommending this to friends and family!

I have had two deliveries from 16sixty.com and each time my items have arrived early with no problems. The most recent was a yellow Cardigan. Their clothes are of great quality and they have many different styles and choices. Their website is easy to navigate through. Everytime I have had to contact them I have had a quick ad very friendly reply and it is always good to know you are buying from friendly people. The prices are 100% purse friendly which is a bonus to knowyiu can have nice and brand new clothes without breaking the budget.

16sixty have great communication with customers as well as a great range of clothes. They are stylish, affordable and friendly people I would definitely buy from again!

I have bought a £1 jumper last week from 16sixty.com's £1 fever. It arrived in 2 days....very efficient!

Also, the quality is so amazing that I can't believe that is just the item I bought for £1!
It's a white shady lovely jumper with some silver buttons on the sleeves. Thanks for the lovely weather, I wore it the next day under the sunshine :) It's so comfy! My friends are all so jealous about it! Haha

The only bad thing is, I have waited for 2 hours for the £1 fever on Saturday, and I could not buy more than 1 item which they said was a system failure :( Anyway, I finally managed to complete my purchase and I am very happy with what I got.

Still, i Ihave no ideas when it's gonna be the next time they organize it again.....I sent them an email, and their reply was "will announce on facebook".....
