My opinion issued on the basis of which aid received so far. I particularly pay attention to the very fast response and interest in my problem. I was very pleasantly treated and handled by phone. currently awaiting the courier who will arrive today return the defective TV (no competence courier). To conclude on this point my opinion is very high and I am happy that I came across as competent people and professional institution. This was a hugely successful purchase, fast and efficent as was promised, will recommend to others and will certainly use in the future. The only small issue was with slight damage to the outer box, however the contents were unharmed, due to sufficient amount of inner packaging.******

I ordered a tv on line with 1st Audio Visual. I was very hesitant to do so as this was my first purchase with the company and I did no know how reliable they were. However, I was offered a free delivery that stated it my take several days or a £15 guaranteed speedy delivery. I took the free option . I placed the order on Tuesady afternoon and recieved the TV at Eleven o clock on Thursday. I saved £70 on the purchase price by shopping on line . Wonderful service

We were looking for a certain brand if tv and we came across 1staudiovisual. Had never heard of them before. They had a good price on the tv reasonably fast delivery and good communication. Would definitely use them again

I bought the 16" Cello TV for the Caravan after reading many favorable reviews, and after having used it for a couple of weeks I think it's a great little TV, Feature packed and perfect for the Caravan. I opted for the next day delivery as I was due to go on holiday and didn't want to risk it arriving while I was away. The TV arrived when it was promised, the extra cost of the postage was negligible, and overall I feel I got great service, good communication to tell me what was happening, and a great price too. I have no hesitation in recommending this trader - excellent.

This company VERY quick to take payment - and not at all so quick to deliver. In addition no one seemed to know anything about my delivery and I sat waiting with online chat for a full 5+ hours until they shut down without saying anything. Customer service needs a bomb put under it in the hopes of elevating itself - even a fraction would be better.

Ordered new 55" Samsung Smart 3D TV online - best price & ex stock delivery. Order acknowledged & then received emails tracking delivery etc. Unfortunately, the info was incorrect & despite being advised my order had been despatched, it was still sitting in the warehouse. I telephoned to find out what was happening & it all seemed very confused. Paul was extremely helpful but it was 2 weeks before I received my TV. Price & tracking system great but the reality disappointing.

This was an easy buy. The only quibbles I have is that one of the special deals was still being advertised but after I had used the code and the transaction had gone through, I received an email saying the code was no longer valid. Secondly I emailed the company to query this but never received a reply.
Apart from that the transaction was easy and I received the item when I was told it would be delivered.

I already used their site twice now and they never failed me. Now I just received my 32LM620T and the TV is stunning! They always keep their word and have delivered the goods on the day that I requested.

They are delivering good service on a consistent basis that is great for a retailer company.

The next time I order they said they will give me discount.

I was looking for a specific LG tv and so far I have been turned down by several retailers, by the way this was last week. The TV is 42LS5600. I like this TV, simple and affordable :).

I've been quite hesitant with 1stav due to the negative comments that it has received but what the hell, I have been told extraordinary lies regarding this item so... I gave it a shot ordering the item on 1staudiovisual.

The buying experience is pretty much the same as the other online retailers. they have confirmed that they have the item and determined the delivery date (04.02.2013). Im running out of options for this TV so I went ahead with it.

I ordered the item Friday about 11am. Communication is good as I received emails right away informing me what is happening with the order.

I rang them again just to make sure that this will be delivered on the said date and they guarantee it. I like the fact that they offered me an assurance that if the item is not delivered then they will refund the money straight away.

Weekend have passed and on monday morning I received an email for the tracking details. I received the package mid-day.

I am very thankful that they were able to supply the TV that I really like and I commend them for that. As far as I am concern, they are doing their job. To provide electronic goods without breaking a sweat.

Ordered 2 tvs ....was promised delivery in a week....order stated still processing 6 days later...despite numerous phone calls still didn't get delivery....was promised a ring back which never happened to update me on progress ....Got fed up with waiting so rang and cancelled order. I then purchased the same tvs cheaper from Reliant which was a much better company that delivered promptly! Overall it wasa time wasting experience!

And I've got a few years experience buying on line,
I purchased what I thought was a good deal for a Samsung TV. Despite what they say the money come straight out the account and the advert for the TV on Audiovisual said "Out of stock" . I then received an e-mail that the order was processing.After 3 days nothing, I contacted and was told there was a problem with the distribution company they use and the TV would be sent asap. 3 more days I was told the same thing. In fact, 4 more times over 15 days I was told it again and again.I decided to cancel my order and guess what?.The TV re- appeared straight away as "back in stock",but £400 dearer .
The website says that refunds will be processed within 5 days, after 6 days I contacted them again and was told that the finance side of the company will process my refund straight away. I even had an e-mail to confirm this. Another 3 days, still no refund. This company has now had my money for nearly a month I'm now about to make a Chargeback claim to get my money back .

First (and last) time i have used this company, I Telephoned first to make sure they had stock and was told yes they have and would i place the order online.
I placed the order online around 12.30 with last time for next day delivery 14.00 I paid extra for next day delivery £18
The following day no courier had arrived and my status was still processing after a telephone call i was told my order would be with me on Monday (4 days later than next day delivery) they could not even deliver the item "next day" the following day either !
They were sorry the order did not go out and no reason for the delay - I have requested a refund and used another company.
