Never again

This company has no idea about customer service or practicing what they preach in their brochure. They do not offer a 24/7 service, this is just a sham because it is certainly not the service they claim to provide.

How they claim to have a 70% 5 star success rate is beyond me, but then, it is only just a number. We have been given so many excuses and reasons why the engineer did not call when we had arranged a time and day, excuses such as, "we are not allowed to arrange another appointment until we have seen the evidence from the engineer". I have never heard anything like it!

Sara in customer service was reasonably helpful but unfortunately the after service did not support her efforts. As for John (so he called himself) in the engineers department, he was so arrogant and totally uncooperative. Definitely not customer friendly.

We would not recommend this company and we they will never again have us as customers.

Fast service

I have used this company twice now. On both occasions the delivery was quick and the products good quality and excellent value. I will use them again.
