Unfortunately one handle had broken (I think more protective packaging would have been wise), so I fired off a quick e-mail. Within 48 hours a replacement was with me, without any fuss or hassle. Really impressive, I was surprised and thrilled when I opened the package and saw my pot. Thankyou 4yourkitchen, it made my day.

The items in stock information that was given on the web site was not accurate, however the communication provided afterwards, by telephone and email, to determine which items I wanted to order was excellent. Delivery was very prompt too.

One suggested improvement to the website - the user needs to be able to press 'back' & return to the previous page without items being lost from the basket. You aren't alone - lots of website suffer from this, but it is a minor irritation to online customers. Excellent company & service though, and we will definitely be back.
