A1 Poppers 

Still no delivery 7 days after order, no response to e-mails, very poor company, would not recommend.

I was expecting my order to take a few days as I've found businesses offering good prices often skimp on delivery, but my package arrived discretely the next day. Mint!

Ordered after lunchtime so I thought would take a few days to arrive. But no, order processed within an hour and arrived next morning.

Great value for money and very fast / Discreet service. Used multiple times and always happy.

The postage is always reasonable and I am happy to pay extra for recorded delivery.

I used a different company prior to A1 and decided after some bad customer service with the other company to try A1.

I'll continue to use this company in the future and have already recommended them to friends based on the products and service I have had.

Pricing is important for me and I have purchased different items which are more expensive through other retailers.

During the week I bought some poppers from three different vendors in order to verify the quality. With a1poppers ordered four different products in the hope of difference between them. 20 minutes after placing the order, I get emailed that my order has been shipped. WOW! Very quickly, it is almost impossible to cancel or change order, which I'm wanting to do. Very clever a1poppers!
A bit about the website. Very poor design, page "Contact Us" did not worked at all, showed an error. Now I see that it is already fixed. The customer can choose between 3 different shipping options, of course, differ in price. The worrying thing is that you can read in the T & C: "Items sent via royal mail 1st or 2nd class postage will not be replaced if lost in the post.".These conditions certainly do not encourage to place an order, but I took a chance.
When the package arrived I opened it immediately and I started to test all 4 products. I'm disappointed, all had the same content of some repulsive diluted chemical mixtures. These products have not been produced for the good of the client, but designed of making money on it only.
Free DVD does not contain scenes of the cover, which was my main reason for choosing a gift. Poor recording quality, nothing special. That's why you're getting it for free.
I tried to get at least a partial refund in exchange for the abandonment of writing by me reviews about a1poppers experience. It was more of a proposal, which I did to speed up the process. Unfortunately, the seller did not feel up to compensate for my dissatisfaction. It was my first and last order.

I was surprised that the 5 bottles of poppers came in just a small puffa bag without any other packaging. They were knocking together as I undid the bag and I was amazed they were intact. Surely they should at least be held together somehow rather than packing them lose ?

Im very happy with my arder from a1poppers! ; It was a fast delivery and a good price. They also have a good costumer service.
The only thing i wonder is why the shipping fee is moor expensive depending on how much you order. Other companys have a fixed shipping rate.

I decided to use this company after using many others as, that i had not been happy with, due to vat added and del charges that pushed up the advertised price. ihave used laods of times and i am suprised every time with the speed of service, offers, and choice i have recomended them to loads of people.

I did not complete the order process but I will do now for sure! The care and attention in following up as to why I didn't want to finalize my order was brilliant. Very professional and free poppers just for giving them some feed back! The only reason I did not complete my order first time was because I chose to wait till pay day and order a bigger selection of different types of poppers! This will be my only supplier from now on! Used them a few of times and always lots to choose from as well as fast delivery. Wish they were a little cheaper so i could use them more often - guess maybe i'm a tight ass :)

I hadn't used this company before and rarely do I ever bother about responding to unsolicited e-mail sales (I don't think I had ever signed up to their newsletter but, in fairness, I may have forgotten that I had) but I took a chance on these guys. Excellent items and fast delivery. They lived up to their promise in every area. Definitely in my browser 'favourites' list now. :)
