Still waiting for a refund and company is ignoring complaints
Still waiting for a refund of a student hat that had the ribbon on wonky and partly covering the name, parts coming off on the side of the hat, the kokarde was upside down, and several other issues. Really poor quality thorughout.
A year later, still no refund.
I got reminders from the Swedish site, but the order was sent from the Danish company. Both are refusing to help or refund, and throughout have been very unhelpful. They did offer to redo the hat if I returned it as own expense, and would accept a 12 week delivery time. Which, for a company that is meant to deliver a hat for a specific occasion shows a complete lack of awareness of what their product is used for. It would have arrived late.
Since asking for a full refund they have ignored all emails.
Definitely a company to avoid if you want a hat for your graduation.
