I recentley ordered a Abu Garcia Rucksack Seat was sent a email saying it was out of stock i have just been back onto your website and the item can still be ordered i appreciate that you have a lot of stock online but after saying it was out of stock it should have been looked at and maybe taken of webpage to save other people ordering it .

Went onto AB Fishing Tackle website and found it to be clearly set out and easy to navigate ( always a good sign ).
Large selection of gear to peruse, bought some quality line at a very reasonable price.

Good selection, prompt service, good order tracking, well packed item... all as per item description.... Would use again

I have no knowledge of fishing I bought what I felt was right. They were 1st class and helped me with all my queries I would so recommend ab tackle

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I made an order in the evening, the following morning I had a call to say that some of the items I had ordered were not in stock in the quantities I had ordered. However they went out of their way to find me a suitable alternative and to apologise, reduce my postage costs etc. I received my order the following morning - no extra charges for next day delivery, despite the increases in Post Office charges! Customer service which stands heads and shoulders above the rest - just as it should be. I cannot recommend AB Fishing Tackle highly enough. Thank you.

Had my order delivered to my work address, but a security guy ( commonly known as K--b Head ) sent it to another department about a mile away.No problem to Ab Tackle. Still delivered on Time Exactly as stated. Really great service

My order arrived this morning. A day late. Not your fault. that was down to parcelforce.
The fork at the top of the Eco tripod would not screw in. Fortunately having retired from an engineering background I have the correct tap to clean out the thread. all is now OK.
Your service I cannot fault and in all probability will be buying from you again.

I purchased a rod from these guys a few weeks ago .They let me know it might be late as they didnt have it in stock ,but would wait and see if it was in the next shipment.It turned out not to be in the shipment they expected it to be in ,so they gave me the next rod up the price range for the same price.This is one company who DO NOT LET YOU DOWN .My first impressions are excellent and would not hesitate to order from them or recommend them to anyone.What you waiting for order something NOW

This retailer is competitive but will need to keep it up as fishermen/women are always on the look out for a good deal, especially with chinese sellers coming to the uk now via ebay etc.
Will continue to deal at the moment.

placed the order, 48hrs later hooking the fish with the tackle ordered. Even phoned and apologised because one item out of stock, provided a more expensive substitute but no extra cost.
Great service. Will be using again.

Deliveries were within 3 days everytime I have ordered. When something wasn't in stock they took the trouble to call me and discuss an option as opposed to sticking any old thing in the envelope and sending it to me. 1st class customer care.

Placed order for item which was in sale, which was at a very good price. ABFT called me to say there had been an error with the item, and would i like to choose an alternative, which i did. Item arrived at my desk less than 18hrs after i had spoken with them. Great service, speedy post. Will use again. Have always had them logged in my Favourites, just found some items a little too pricey to order from regularly. Good service goes a long way though, and they have a very good choice of quality items.

Looked at a number of web sites offering a rod specifically for Kayak fishing. Chose to order the rod and equipment from AB Fishing Tackle as recommended on their web site. Very pleased both with product, service and delivery.

Multi part order delivered complete within 2 days of order.
Care had been taken with packing as each breakable item was wrapped in newspaper inside the delivery boxes.
Email order and shipping confirmation were sent promptly.
Will upgrade to 6 stars if the gear catches me some fish !
