ActiveGPS are very efficient & very helpful as a supplier. I highly recommend them as a tech provider, with great product knowledge, the delivery was perfect, regular updates via email to me, easily & accurately tracked delivery. i cannot fault them, i am very glad to have ordered from them. Other purchasing channels simply did not have stock. if i require any further tech for my vehicle, i will most definitely be a returning customer, without a second thought.

Regarding sending as a letter rather than a package: this is something we considered, and while it would have been the cheaper option, we've unfortunately had issues in the past with overseas letter items going missing in transit. Sending as a parcel is more reliable for items of this size, so we always choose this option for international orders to give you the best chance of it arriving safely, even though it does mean a little extra packaging.

Replacement for dashboard mount
Very clear website as I needed a dashboard mount for my very old nuvi sat and it was easy to find.
Delivery was fantastically quick....2 days over a weekend, so excellent service as well

ActiveGPS reliable trader.
3 or 4 years ago the contacts in the mini USB connector of my Samsung satnav's TA20 traffic antenna cable were worn out. The satnav itself was already a few years old but still worked perfectly. At that time I found it impossible to locate a replacement cable. Even Garmin didn't advertise availability on their website. A week ago I thought there was no point in keeping the satnav but, on a whim , I searched for TA20 and found one at ActiveGPS. Ordering was simple, I was kept advised of progress and it arrived a couple of days later. The cable seemed brand new and it functioned perfectly, Total satisfaction, couldn't be happier.
