I wish I could even give no star at …

I wish I could even give no star at all. false advertisement, the hotel was filth and we feared for our lives due to the boss threatening to murder us but also airasia go giving us false lies saying that they were gonna refund us but never did it. so we were left basically sleeping on the street. they are going to say yes they understand you and they feel for you but it's just what they are taught to say but they won't do anything they had promised you. we were promised that our money was going to be in our account in a couple of hours, so we wait for about 5 hours gave them a call and it hasn't even been processed. the lady told us it will take 3 days or so to be in our acc. the workers are complete liars. worst experience and worst holiday ever.
I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH AIR ASIA AGAIN. COMPLETE SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR WHOLE HOLIDAY TRYING TO SORT OUT WITH AIRASIA. SOOOO DON'T BOOK WITH THEM ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY COMPLETE SCAM

CHEATED: I just made a booking for 4 rooms at …

I just made a booking for 4 rooms at Frangipani resort in Langkawi. In the cost breakdown summary it said 'NO SURPRISES' and listed down the price of the room and taxes as RM.50. When i made the payment, and navigate to the next screen the amount for taxes and fees has now changed to RM.150.

Plus it tells me the service charge of the hotel is not included in this price. Which would be 10% of my total amount of RM.7618.

It also tells me that i may have to pay RM.150 as cleaning charge for each accommodation.

I feel i have been cheated and would recommend others to never use this pathetic website.

They did not mention anything before the payment was done.

This was my first and last time to use this fraudulent website.

Celyn City Hotel in Kota Kinabalu is …

Celyn City Hotel in Kota Kinabalu is the worse hotel I ever stayed using Airasiago. The hotel is going by hourly rate and the rooms are very dirty. Looks like CHICKEN hotel. AirAsia management should take this hotel out from your website. The image in website and the real room is 2 different. REALLY CRAP. Breakfast what a class they ask you to eat in their neighbour MAMAK Shop which os also dirty and poor maintenance. Those out there always please go thru the review before proceed booking. SAY NO TO CELYN CITY HOTEL KK SABAH.

ridiculous and deceptive. Extremely bad customer support

after booking flight tickets to Bali through AirAsia, a popup window showed me offers i'm entitled to due the to airline tickets purchased. A 4 star hotel for 74% off on the daily rate. So i decided to book it for a day. when booking the hotel, it had automatically selected the duration for the entire duration of my trip. I noticed this and changed the date to my last day in Bali. I then proceeded to enter my credit card details during which time no amount was shown. After entering the creditcard details, the very next screen showed that the booking had been made for the entire stay at this hotel with no refunds available for all 8 days instead of only for the last day. I called them instantly to ask them to reverse the payment and the customer service lady said that she will try all she can to help me and put me on hold for 5 mins, then she says she couldnt get through to the hotel and there was very little possibility of a refund.

I then called the hotel (after googling for the number) and the hotel answered instantly. But they said that AirAsiaGo needs to contact them for any changes to existing bookings which is understandable. so i called AirAsiaGo again and gave them the number of the hotel, they put me on hold for 10 mins this time and still did not help me saying to call them back the next day. This is a problem with their website and they claim that the hotel wont refund whille the hotel claims that AirAsiaGo has to make the refund since they are the ones that charged me (whih is fair). AirAsiaGo seems like a conjob. I cannot beleive they are able to get away with this.

Any suggestions?

Regards

DODGY CHARGES THAT HAVE NO EXPLANATION

Just booked a holiday for 7 people from KL to Kota Kinabalu on airasiago. Like any travel site these days, they try to get away with sticking small charges on top at every step of the way, which in the end add up to quite a bit.

So...my booking:

For some reason they wouldn't allow me to book all 7 tickets at once. So, I had to book the tickets in two separate transactions. 4 people, then 3 people. Apparently they couldn't handle too many people in one booking. OK, fine, whatever.

The first thing I noticed. The prices on the main 'offer deal page' apparently include all airfares , hotel bill, taxes and everything. Great. Once I selected the hotel, the next page gave me the total for all passengers. Which did not add up to 4x the amount on the offer page. It was approx 200RM more per person and no way to see a breakdown of where this extra charge came from.

I finish the first booking and move straight onto making the 2nd booking. This is where the really dodgy stuff starts to happen!

Apparently in that 3 minute window of time, in order to get on the same flight as the first 4 passengers, it was going to cost 44rm extra per ticket. Even though, there are (for some strange reason) about 20 flights to Kinabalu from KL per day!

Think thats bad...check this out!

SO, at the end of the booking. you enter in your card details. Obviously there is a charge for using a creditcard. For the first booking, the charge was about 50RM....but for the second booking, it was 64RM?!

You might think, oh maybe it's based on a percentage of the total billed to the card? Well, on the first booking, the total billed to the card was HIGHER than the 2nd booking, yet the creditcard fee was lower.

Explain that one Airasiago!!
