No problem about the service, but an observation regarding your product: not at all satisfied, because of one big problem: the dust is always "glued", I have to clean with difficulty.

The item hasn't been delivered at the time it had been said (a week instead of two days). Fragil item without any information about how to use it, pretty (too...) easy to break.
