Great products that look great and are produced with quality materials - should last a long time!

So pleased I came across this company. Not only do they produce the best quality garden sofa sets in the UK for the UK weather but they are also so lovely to deal with.

The Customer Service is impeccable, any query is dealt with speedily and thoroughly. It really is refreshing to find an on line company who will bend over backwards for a customer. You feel you are in safe hands from the initial ordering to the delivery of your furniture. Alexander Francis keep you fully informed throughout the whole process.

I would like to add that I have never received large furniture items so securely and safely packaged. They arrived in perfect condition. I am so impressed with them I just had to do this review!

I ordered the Minimo Umbrella U shaped sofa set for our home in Mallorca and from placing the order to delivery the company made everything easy. The sofa is fabulous and great quality. I couldn't find anything this size and quality in Spain for this price hence why I imported it. Highly recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU HAVE UNLIMITED PATIENCE AND DON'T NEED YOUR FURNITURE ANYTIME SOON.
Ordered £4300 Moderno outside furniture January 2021. Email 24th Feb, usual dramas, now told to expect delivery 20th May. 25th March, further delay.. Suez Canal container blockage, but would be in touch! 18th May 2021, told ship had been diverted, Brexit! Part shipment was delivered 27th May.
28th June the balance arrived with 3 damaged frames. 30th June sent numerous photos and on the 1st July managed to get confirmation that the 3 damaged frames could be replaced by 3 frames held in their warehouse and would be delivered on the 8th July. Warehouse would check for damage before sending out. 9th July reported that 2 of the frames sent out were damaged just as the originals and asked for either compensation or discount on an single armless chair as what I ordered online wasn't exactly matching all the photos on the website!
Several emails and months later, 9th February 2022 managed to agree a discount but still paid an additional £250 towards the cost of the single armless chair. 27th June 2022 chair delivered!
So it took me a Year from delivery to sort out an issue with damaged goods. I still have damaged goods as they couldn't replace like for like and paid £250 for the privilege.

This is the third time I have bought from Alexander Francis in the last few years and each time they continue to deliver a great quality product with the minimum of fuss. I have happily recommended them to friends and family. Nice people to deal with.

Brilliant product and service. We bought our Verona 3 years ago and it still looks like new, and we cannot say we've been the best in looking after it! (Lots of boozy days and nights), but seriously it has been excellent money well spent, when enquiring about new glass suction cups they just arrived in the post foc. Madness to buy elsewhere, you guys are amazing.

The sofa came on 3 pallets and took about 2 hrs to assemble. I would recommend an Alan key drill bit to save time. Fits together quite quickly. I must say the sofa looks fantastic on our terrace and all our friends comment on it and ask where we got it. It's not cheap and it took a long while to arrive...Brexit, covid, Suez Canal. However if it looks like it does now for the next few years, well then it's worth every penny. We are very happy with it. Really modern and stylish. I would recommend buying a custom made cover for it.

Ordering of our Alexander Francis furniture was really simple, the photos are very accurate and the images of the dimensions of each module was spot on. The look and quality is fantastic, well made, sturdy yet quite lightweight. We are really pleased with our purchase and would recommend Alexander Francis without a doubt.

We ordered a sofa set in March and despite numerous ‘holding’ emails identifying Covid and Brexit as the problem along with the first time in the companies history of a shipping container being held indefinitely for inspection we still have not been given a delivery date. When someone does eventually answer the phone the person dealing with the logistics is in a meeting. I received an emailing stating that AF attempted to call me back, and on the email they had the wrong telephone number! I am getting very concerned about the £2000 deposit paid out at the end of March with still no firm delivery date or any meaningful discussion with anyone at Alexander Francis. I have read in previous reviews that the founder/owner will personally get involved and we would appreciate a call from him. Our order number is AF1393

We bought a Tuscany set 10yrs ago - still going strong, but we wanted an upgrade, so passed it on to some friends and ordered the large Tosca set to replace it. Even with bespoke cushion colour, it was very reasonably priced. Communication was great throughout the inevitable challenges presented by the global shipping issues. Really impressed with the quality of the sofas and cushions - the set looks like it will comfortably last the next 10yrs. Thoroughly recommended - sometimes it pays to shop with smaller retailers who can pay attention to each customer!

Sadly not a positive experience Order placed & paid in full in advance for delivery in May 2021 told yesterday possible delivery now end of October... At this point I have no faith that my order will ever arrive! I understand the Covid situation has affected production & shipping problems amongst other issues, but if i ran my business the way they operate then I would not have a business. The Customer care after placing an order needs major improvement! A personal phone conversation with your customers instead of just emails would go a long way! So an update since I wrote the above - is that I have just had two items delivered arm chair and large footstool but only after chasing by email and pointing out to them that the website showed these items were actually available. The quality is good & delivery was ok. So it is just a huge shame that the Sofas will not arrive till the end of Oct.

Great company with incredible products! We haven't received our furniture yet but we did a lot of research and can tell the quality of their products. There was a small discrepancy for the price of an add on and they kindly refunded the difference. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to friends.

Really helpful and friendly advice before I purchased the rattan corner sofa. Proper PE Rattan that will last but can also then be fully recycled which in great. Looking forward to having the sofa for the summer! Thanks so much to the team!

I bought my Rattan Tuscany sun loungers in 2019 because they were 85cm wide and the foam was so very thick. They didn't disappoint when I tried them out in our holiday villa in Turkey. I have sold my villa and the buyer wants our loungers. Sadly I cannot find them anywhere else. Please Alexander Francis if you read this, please consider doing this product again so I can purchase another 3 sets from you. They were the comfiest Sun loungers I have ever had the pleasure to lie on and the width superb...

It takes ages for someone to get back to you!
The weather this summer was very good and with the current Covid19 outbreak situation it would have been nice to sit in the terrace and enjoy a drink or two but unfortunately, we couldn't use the set we got from @af_furniture due to poor quality.
No reasonable solution has been offered.

Very easy to order and when I called customer services to check on delivery process the lady was extremely helpful in providing guidance.

Still waiting on two parts to our set however we fully understand that is is a result of the resent pandemic and are patient and understanding to wait for those parts to follow - Fantastic quality and a wow for entertaining - Great communication and appreciation if things are still outstanding - Jade is amazing and fully truthful if things need amendments etc. I would highly recommend this furniture as Im typing this review sitting on our comfortable new garden lounge set - I cant stipulate enough to use this company over local garden centres for true value for money - Im looking forward to ordering the loungers to match....
