Can not speak more highly of the service and guidance you get at All Tools South Geelong. Not only do you get great advice on which tool you should purchase, the talented team there give you money saving hints how to prepare, build and finish your job to yours and everybody’s satisfaction.

Great when I purchased but now I have issue with a drill with a 5 year guarantee they seem to have gone under so looks like I’m stuck ...

Think they have gone under they are not returning my calls

The lake park store has new management and the guy is a real condescending jerk. I wont be giving this business any more of my money, after many years of spending thousands there..

I have not received my order yet . I have instructed ur delivery firm to place my item in a safe place which was clearly stated . DID not do it . so put the slip on my door 4 the second time stating where to leave my order so they still took it away . I live on my own and I am not in during the day so how can I receive my order . not happy at all ?????? STILL took my money though .

This was the first time that I have used Alltools and was very impressed by the quality of products and the service provider.

The Bosch power cleaner got a superb write up and Alltools are selling the one I wanted at a great price! Went for the standard delivery (free) BUT, instead of 3/ 5 days delivery, it was delivered (superb tracking which told me when it would arrive within the hour!!!) in two days.
Couldn't ask for a better service or a better buy!
Would recommend Alltools to everyone: shop there before looking elsewhere!

First time and last time I use Alltools. Reason I used them was because they had the items in stock and not even sure where their price point sat. Completely unsatisfactory service and at the very least they should have contacted me and kept me informed. I could have got these items elsewhere over a week ago and done the job.

Always find them cheaper than most of the companies

I have been seeking a hedge cutter from B&A for three weeks and was promised delivery on three separate occassions at the local store. I went on Monday to other B&Qs in the area who has no cutters either. That was a round trip of 20miles. In frustration I went on the web, saw the same product at ten pounds less ordered it and it was delivered the next day. Fantastic and highly delighted.

Ordered from website they then cancelled the order with no notice a week later, then tried to tell me I had cancelled which I had not. Received refund but despite the product still being available on the website and ebay at a higher price they insist they are unable to supply. Shocking customer service.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, on the delivery it states 3 days, I received the first part within 3 days however when I emailed about the second part all I received back was it will be another week, no apology. I am still waiting.

Item was as described and I received it the next day. I had to return the item - I discovered that I already had it after I ordered it. Return procedure was easy and my money was promptly refunded. Would not hesitate to use this company again and definitely recommend them.
