All Your Floors 

Got my carpet delivered and fitted last week, The fiiter was very helpful and did a wonderful job

I bought and payed for carpet with top line Bridgend and the order was processed through your floors. After a week of waiting and not hearing anything I contacted your floors and she couldn't chase the order so I contacted top line who had to look into it. When he got back to me he had spoke to your floors and they hadn't processed the order because they never received paymen, but the payment went to them straight away, it's on my bank statement and deffinately hasn't been refunded to me. Apparently the carpet I bought had been discontinued so I wouldn'tve had it turn up even if they didn't try to Rob me. They are a bunch of theives and now I'm way beind DIY schedule and I have to get my money back before I can buy from elsewhere. 0 stars. Absolute trash company.

I love wood and the wood from all your floors is of such good quality. I had one quantity of flooring from them and liked it so much, I came back for another.

Placed order and paid for goods, chased for delivery and then told out of stock! Several unanswered emails finally received delivery two weeks later. Web pages promise much but deliver much less, still waiting for tracking number. Other much better Companies to do business with

Speedy delivery really helpful staff but unrealistic delivery prices for example £50 for one pack of flooring !

I ordered lots of samples from different companies but this one looked the best, as well as being one of the cheapest. The flooring is now down in the hallway and it looks great and I'm likely to order some more for another room

Ordered the flooring as an urgent delivery and had a speedy response, will be using this company again soon.

Ordered 12 square metres of unfinished oak. The strips were not straight, some very buckled, As a result the builder found it very difficult to lay . It was also covered in holes which will need to be filled once the floor is finished. Because the size too long builder could not cut it as the tounge and groove did not fit. Colour also was not consistant and therefore did not match my existing wood.

Good company to deal with with a good and helpful customer services.. Floor quality is good as expected and damage free.. Ordered on a Thursday evening and delivery was made on the Tuesday via free shipping. Will be using again in the very near future.. Thanks

Ordered this after seeing the flooring in our local pub looking as good as it did when it was laid over a year ago and you can imagine the spills and foot traffic a pub gets I ordered my engineered UV oiled white oak flooring and All your floors were very helpful even arranged delivery to suit when my fitter could lay the floor so I didn't have to store it. Now it's down it looks fabulous and will look good for years to come I am sure. Can't recommend this flooring highly enough and its such great value based on other flooring out there

Did what it says on the tin, polite, had the goods, delivered after I changed my mind three time, not their fault mine but they did the job. Great.

Phoned for a sample ,man very helpful and told me it will be in post same night , Two days later it arrived and I then ordered 16 Square metres plus other bits. Next day they phoned to see when it would be convenient for us to receive delivery and we arranged a date. The morning of delivery had phone call to let us know what time they would arrive and they duly did. How can it be any better? Oh; Special mention for delivery man, I had the standard delivery but as only my wife was there he kindly carried it all into the house. Have not fitted floor yet but it looks good in the pack and all that I ordered was despatched in a well packed condition.

Ordering by phone was very easy, with informative, helpful and polite staff. I was able to choose a delivery date, but the driver refused to deliver thinking the road was too narrow-it isn't! However the delivery was immediately re scheduled with no fuss. The product, engineered wood flooring-is beautiful. We can't wait to lay it. Thank you, Allyourfloors.

Ordered really easy, then I was called to ask when I would be in for delivery, I asked if it could be delivered to a neighbour for ease....as working full time, was told no it needed a signature, so i arranged for delivery on my next day off which was 2 weeks away, only for the parcel to come later that week, still a mystery. Apart from the prompt delivery, no issues.

VERY happy with All Your Floors . . . from the promptly sent sample of vinyl planking, the follow-up email and call to see if I was happy with the product, the easy-to-understand online ordering (including a calculator to work out how many packs to order) and delivery made on the day that suited me.
