I would not recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order and 4 days later received an email stating that the items cannot be supplied. No apology and no reason given, only that the 'reason will appear on the Product Page'. If the item isn't available then why is it 'available' to purchase from their website and why would it take FOUR days to realise that it's actually unavailable?! Dreadful service.

My wife has MS and ordered Kalawalla because she finds this helps, I have ordered Kalawalla in the past and would give 5 stars.BUT now I have ordered Kalawalla again, and have tried to contact Mike by phone several times and the company and none of emails go through (returned) no matter what email address I use.

I ordered a product from this company and as soon as it was placed. I received an email from Spike (Mike).
Email stating that products were not in stock and that I was not charged. Which 2 weeks later the transaction that I made with them still appears as a pending transaction on my account. Contacted Barclays. It is being dealt with. This man has not responded to one single email and yes, it is true that this company are only middle men. There are a number of ways to deal with this problem, where my expertise comes in. So anybody thinking of placing an order with this company? Be aware. Check your statements because he will tell you that you have not been charged. But really you have been charged. And if you try to call Spike? You will notice that his messages cannot be received by you because its FULL.

I would give 0 if I could! Do not use this company they are fraudulent I ordered a product and then received an email that it is out of stock and that I have not been charged. After checking my bank statement I can see that I have been charged and no refund in sight. I have requested my money back but still nothing from them. Since ordering from them there has been a lot of fraudulent activity on my account & money is being taken out from foreign countries. STAY AWAY!!!!

I tried to buy several types of products and all of them were canceld.
when i tried to contact them a man picked up the phone.he was on the phone like understood nothing about company and products and just shook the phone very easily.many time.thr web size... co.uk but I could not buy anything from England. WASTING TIME!!!

I have used this company many times and have never been let down yet. Orders arrive very quickly and are always complete. Long may this continue.

On 23/11/2014 I ordered 2 different jars of honey. Paid by paypal. Recieved confirmation from paypal straight away. After almost 2 weeks I send 2 e-mail to althealth that I still haven't got honey or e-mail confirmation from them. They did not respond to my e-mails. Two days later I called them and they said that they did not have a products in stock and emailed me on 24/11. I checked my e-mail box and spam box and not such a e-mail from them at all. And they still got these honey in stock on their website.
To summarize - AVOID BY ALL COST!!!

Delivery was quick but inside packaging was not protective enough and two of the screw plastic lids were broken, I assume from the trip...

AltHealth is, as far as I can determine, the only UK site selling Miradin turmeric supplement (formerly Fortodol). Repeat orders over the past 3 years have been dealt with promptly and the product has been delivered within a few days. I am disappointed that the 100 capsule option has been discontinued as it was great value for money.

I received the delivery on time but on opening the packet I found one of the bottle tops broken. The contents had spilled into the envelope. Perhaps wrapping the bottles in one layer of bubblewrap is not adequate.

Have used althealth for years and am always impressed bu how efficient they are, and how fast the orders are sent. They had to phone me with a query once and did so very fast, were friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had heard that L-theanine was good for combating anxiety, so I purchased some as well as some Evening Primrose Oil, which is said to relieve symptoms of IBS. The L-theanine didn't seem to have much effect, the Evening Primrose Oil I'd say did provide some improvement. The order arrived in reasonable time (I had standard delivery). Overall I'd say AltHealth is satisfactory, but not the best. I've recently ordered from a competitior and their standard delivery was free. Their packaging for the pills was much better, too (a zip-up bag rather than bags sealed with the product label).

Well I have to say that I am really disappointed, I ordered my multivitamines last Thursday, it is Wednesday now and stile haven't got them yet! Needless to say that I will not order from this company again. If I was you Althealt, I would try to focus on delivery times, as this can be really frustrating for the customer.

I ordered some balloons from this company for my daughter's fourth birthday. The fair trade natural latex balloons seem to be out of stock everywhere else, so I was delighted to find them in stock at Althealth after trawling the internet for several hours. Sadly though, it turns out that this company is just a middleman - they don't appear to hold stock, and emailed to say that the company *they* were buying from was, surprise, surpise, out of stock.

I am very cross that this company did not state on their website that they simply order stock from others when it is purchased - it means that they have no idea until after a product has been ordered whether it is actually available. It is too late now to buy balloons for my daughter's birthday - even "non-ethical" ones.

Goods received within a week of placing order, well packaged, no complaints. Will probably use this supplier again for my next order.
