Professional, efficient but also human and informative.
So far, I have placed only one order with AndalusienShop.com - but I have been very impressed by the speed and quality of communications (especially as the first language of the management is not English), by the efficiency with which the goods were dispatched and by the rapidity with which my order was delivered.
