Aneeks 

Quite pleased with my item, it arrived on time and definitely top value for my money.

Ordered a watch through go groopie from this company. Watch was broken and tried arrange a return. No response from emails until PayPal dispute was opened. They do no offer free returns or offer to repay postage to return faulty products which by law they should. Got money back eventually but not refunded by them PayPal dispute refunded

I am trying to arrange a return, its taking 1 week for them to reply to emails and they are saying my responsibility to return the goods to them even though it's faulty. Shocking service

Their sports watch and heart rate monitor I would avoid. The item does not work and customer service of this company is shambolic. Replacement item did not work. Every detail of the service even the packaging was very poor. Never again.

I have ordered one of their activity watches. I have not received it and they are not responding to any of my emails.
To me this is very bad customer services!!!!

I ordered 2 of the Heated Back Supports via Wowcher ,
I received 1 but not the other after a month of not receiving it I contacted them to ask where it was ?. they told me it had been sent please be patient it is on its way, after another 2 weeks I contacted them again to ask when it had been sent out and they told me last week (I ordered it over a month ago)!!. I waited another 2 weeks not back support so I contacted again got told the same please be patient, I left it another week and contacted again this time I asked could I come and collect in person to save any more delay as I only live round the corner from the depot, to which all contact from Aneeks stopped. I then had to go back to Wowcher who also then contacted Aneeks. Still no reply or back support. So Wowcher gave me a refund via a Wowcher Credit. I am just glad that I had gone threw a third party or I would not have received my item or my money back. So unless you want to Just give your money away I would AVOID this company.

I ordered the heated back strap through wowcher to which I hadn't received it.
It has been 6 week since the order and I had to hound wowcher for my money back to which they did but I can only use this on wowcher but I've been out of using wowcher

I purchased the heated back support from Aneeks through wowcher after reading the description on the item, to my delight the item was effective just as described and my back pain is much better just after three days.

I bought a deal on wowcher for some slimming pants to aid my workout. These were £6 down from 44. When they came they looked nothing like advertised very poor quality and smelt disgusting they looked like a 5 year old had made them at school! Not even worth the 6 quid paid!

I came across this company through Dealcloud. Dealcloud were offering a voucher for 2 pairs of slimming pants for £19 - normal Aneeks retail price £80. A bargain I thought!

It was not a bargain. When I went to redeem my voucher I had to set up an account. On setting it up I was notified that account holders get special privileges. I added the pants to my basket and then thought I'd have a browse of their other products. So glad I did!!!

On the left of the screen there was a "deal surf" section - the SAME pants were being sold for £15.80!!!
Cheaper than the Dealcloud voucher and phenomenally cheaper than Aneeks' price of £80. So retail value of these pants is £8 - what the hell is the cost value.

Aneeks are hoping that people won't see this section before they make their purchase. I'm my opinion that is disgraceful. I had never heard of this company before and this is obviously why. They won't be around for long.

I have informed BBC's Watchdog programme ;-)

Dealcloud did refund the price of my voucher, however I'll be hesitant to use them again.
