Worst internet company ever!

No communication at all.
I ordered a Sidebyside refrigerator 27 of December 2012 and got an order confirmation directly. After that nothing has happened. I have sent 2 emails asking about delivery time, no response. I also tried several times to call, two signals and then disconnected. They have no communication at all.
31 of Januari I sent an order cancellation in all the ways it is possible to contact them, no response this time either.
Don´t understand how they can be in business. They clame to be e - marked which should guarantee safe shopping but that is a lie, they are not.

Why are they allowed to have a business?

Amazingly dishonest people.

Two and a half month have passed and they have not delivered the goods. I have also asked for return of money but it is not happening either. Never buy anything here, never transfer any money to them!

How can this company continue to being able to be registered as an e-trading company.

Poor customer support, do they still exist?

We bought a Smeg Refrigerator from antbuyit, but when delivered, it was broken and the door hung on the wrong side (right hanged, but we specified left hanged door in the order).

After a few emails we were promised a new fridge, since they had trouble getting someone to repair it. Then nothing.

Unable to contact them by email and now impossible to contact by phone. Beware of this company.
