We had a problem with our purchase of washing machine not draining and we spoke to a lady at Planet appliance who talked us through our problem and how to troubleshoot it. She was so genuine and helpful and is a credit to the company..

Purchased a (graded) Beko washing machine 4 months ago as we were in urgent need of a replacement. This company did everything they said they would and more. Easy service. Delivered promptly and on time. The machine is great, so no complaints there. A satisfied customer! Thanks guys.

Sold me a BMW 630i, that went south 7 miles later. Not to be trusted. Horrible people.

Used these people many times, fair prices great service , friendly service and good customer service never had an issue with what ever I have purchased Would most definitely recommend.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, their engineers are not qualified they do not know their job. No advice is given. Faulty goods are delivered. They still work on papers. They do not store customer feedback. They basically do not care customer concerns.

I wish there was feedback without any stars. They do not deserve a single star.

This place is an absolute joke bought a washer only had it a week it was leaking all over the floor and not doing a cycle they had it to look over it tried to say we was lying and charged us £15 misuse fee then we had to take it back again and tried to get refund had full recipt of purchase and they tried to say we hadn't paid so wouldn't swap or refund very rude staff she was saying there's no online evidence of our payment when u no full well they wouldn't let u leave the shop without payment been approved and they wrote out full recipt to say we had paid for it don't worry trading standards will be in touch with Stacey and Christine

Check reviews on google and on here on trust pilot plenty of people have been scammed mugged off ... they use the word 'misused' to try and cover the backs which is just bullsh*t how can you even misuse a washing machine. Leaking washing machine they think they are clever by taking the machine for repair charging u £15 for nothibg saying its got nothing wrong with it bring it back home and its still got same issue. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS THE WARRENTY DONT MEAN NOTHING AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. Also tried accusing me that they payment didnt go through when clearly it was paid for and they gave me a reciept.

P!ss poor had three washing machines over the space of two years from the an the third one has packed in aswell you might aswell save your money and go to a proper retailer because these guys are a joke

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company.
They are 7 years plus washing machines which don’t work classed as new/other and they keep the delivery costs even tho they deliver faulty goods.

They deliver 5 year old to 10 year old washing machines and describe them as “new other” when they are in fact used and worn out items that won’t last 5 minutes. They charge £30 delivery then refuse to refund the delivery costs despite being against the Sales of Goods Act!! On asking for a refund of £30 delivery costs they state they don’t care what trading standards say. They are con artists and scammers do not use them!!! They supply everyone rubbish not just us. Wish I had read the reviews first. I am taking them to court.

Purchased a cooker in May 2021, quick efficient service. Unfortunately the element failed on 23/02/2022. I called them (phone answered immediately) collected cooker the next day, repaired it with no quibble & returned and reinstalled the following day. Great service from start to finish, receptionist was helpful and polite, collection guys very pleasant and helpful & electrician the same. Highly recommend this company. Well deserved 5*****

Do not buy from these scammers. PLANET APPLIANCE sell broken washing machines under ‘refurbished’ labels. Only to be bodged up to last just long enough for your guarantee to run out. I bought a washing machine from these cowboys only for it to break down a month later. They picked it up for ‘repair’. Only for the same malfunction to occur another 2 months down the line!

If you only want a temporary solution to cleaning your clothes then by all means, purchase from these scam artists.. or save yourself the bother and go to a respected, reputable company.

Avoid!! Bought a cooker tripped all the electrics straight away phoned them they collected it, phoned me next day to say it was £30 to repair it as I misused it! I never even had it working 🤬 only got a partial refund too! Kept the delivery charge and £30 deposit! Sell goods unfit for use so I’m going to trading standards

Brought washer 5 weeks ago on installation the delivery drive put it on a cycle to check washer was working 2 trys and nothing he slammed washer door and it started working he sed keep eye on it and if any problems to call them and he will pick it up they now have it and are telling me its down to me its bk due to door not opening and are charging me for the fix of washer. so a little advise dont bother wasting ur money STAY WELL AWAY COMPLE JOKERS THIS PLACE

I placed an order 20/03/2021 after visiting the store and seeing a machine I was happy with. Advised it was a brand new machine so not a refurbished one. I would receive 3 months warranty with the item too. The item had then been delivered to my parents due to me moving home and awaiting my house completion date. When moving home and installing the washing machine everything seemed fine. After TWO washes the machine started turning itself off mid cycle. This was within 4 weeks of ordering and a week of using. Not something you expect from a NEW machine.
I offered to bring the item back to their store from Derby which is where I moved as this was outside their delivery/collection radius.
I contacted the store via phone, emailed and sent images and videos to their WhatsApp number as requested. My first call got returned however my emails got ignored. Future call backs did not happen and my WhatsApp message began to be ignored.
In the end I have had to order a new machine as I was being ignored. You do not expect to pay a company £190 for what they state is a brand new washing machine and then have issues and to be ignored. Lesson well learnt and put my comments forward to Trading Standards with the evidence I have from contacting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I brought a Fridge Freezer for my Daughter around 5 yrs ago from Planet Appliances very good service, Value for money, i have just recently purchased another one fantastic communication very helpful
would recommend very highly

Brought a fridge freezer had it delivered got a 3 month warranty with the product fridge stops working within the warranty I was told to empty the fridge and freezer and leave it for 48 hours as it will probably be the fan just wondering what I am meant to do without a fridge freezer for 48 hours and that's if it does work after that

Don’t waste your money for old crap machines,,,as well as for poor customer service ,,,,,,had to return the 1st machine,,they repaired it but did not work then try different one that means second machine ,,,this worked few Days then again broke down ,,,,so never gone back and return it as I thought they are robbers ,,,they rob ur money ,,,,they never return ur money ,,,give u old crap machine to try ,,,,,

after having 4 washing machines all faulty the last one has worked for 3 months but not a great machine when i had it now its not working i have only had it 3 months so guaruntee is up each time they tried to say it was my fault as something wrong with my under sink pipes which is not i will never buy anything off them again

I bought a cooker hood from them, which arrived with some damage. Although I notified them immediately, and they responded with promises of action, investigation etc, they did nothing. In order to finish my kitchen I had to get the repairs done myself.
I would recommend you go elsewhere to a supplier you can trust, and who is honest in their communications

Good price and value for money. Delivered very quick and efficiently.
Highly recommended and would certainly use again.
