I have been very impressed with the speed , efficiency and courtesy with which Armorica have dealt with me and I have made several purchases from this company and will continue to happily do business with them.

Fast delivery, and sensible prices.

I ordered my item late at night on a Monday evening and then realised that there was no message box to let the delivery driver know where to leave the package if I should be out.
However, there was a phone number if one needed to contact the company re. the order.
I 'phoned first thing in the morning and was told that the package would need a signature.
However, as I was going to be at work for the rest of the week, I could have the delivery address changed. I supplied the alternative address and was told that it would probably be delivered the next day. It was. Excellent Service and no delivery charge over £45.

They have a large range of cooking related equipment and seem totally trustworthy. Note also that the price includes the delivery charges. Their website is pretty comprehensive although the search engine needs attention and the descriptions of the products do not necessary enable comparisons to be made.

I recently ordered a Kuchenprofi Raclette from Armorica and we are delighted with it. The goods were received promptly and were well packed. I will shop at Armorica again.

I tried initially to order online, but on getting to the point where it seemed that I had to become involved with PayPal I thought it would be quicker to order by phone.

The telephone service was quick, delightful and helpful.

The goods arrived two or three days later, and postage was included in the purchase price - a refreshing change from companies which add high p&p costs at the very end of the ordering process.

IVery good and fast service

I ordered some Global knives on a Thursday evening. Because of the intervening Bank Holiday, I expected delivery on the following Tuesday. They arrived 3 days early, on the Saturday. About 36 hours from order to delivery....extraordinary! And the knives were on special offer, so below half the price of other on-line kitchen stores. I am delighted

I like the way they respond to email enquiries promptly and helpfully. I have placed two orders from New Zealand and they have made it so easy. The cost is competitive and they keep you up to date with email about when your order has been placed, picked and sent.

This was the only website in the UK where I could find the product I was looking for (Demeyere frying pan).

The pan arrived in perfect condition and within the timeframe I got from Armorica.

Knocking off one star as the picture on the website is very small and slightly inaccurate. The same pic is used for all sizes of the frying pan, so you can't see exactly what you are buying (for example the large pan I bought has a helper handle which is not visible in the picture).

ordered a poaching pan from Armorica, knew it would be difficult to get as I have tried many times before from other stores,but after a short wait and excellent comunication from Armorica finally got the pan I wanted. I would recomend them to everyone.

First saw the caddies in a kitchen shop and liked them. Found them at Armorica 12% cheaper and free P&P. Service was great and 2 caddies came very well packaged in less than 5 days. Other caddy was out of stock and arrived after 7 days. Very pleased with product, service and price and will use Armorica again.

Found Global knife for the best price on this site, ordered it and it arrived the next day. You can't get better than that!

After some extensive searching and comparing prices around the Internet, we found what we were looking for at a very good price close to home. Armorica's website was easy to use and ordering was slick. The company emailed us straight back and completed the order within 48 hours with no post and packing charges. Impressed!

My pasta machine was a good price. The order was swiftly processed, and I was informed that I could track my order via a reference number on the Yodel website - except that I could not. The Yodel website did not accept the reference number as valid. I emailed Armorica, and they swiftly advised how to get in via a 'back door' on the Yodel web site to track delivery, which worked. Well done for supplying good kit at a good price, andfor supplying good customer service swiftly, but please stop using Yodel to deliver your goods - I have had so many bad experiences with them!
