2 orders cancelled and refunded without good reason. use another more reliable pharmacy if I were you.

On 28th June I ordered two tubes of Cavilon 3391H online.
I received no e-mail confirming my order but payment of £16.18 incl p&p was taken from my bank the very next day.
After a week passed with no sign of my order arriving and with great difficulty finding a customer service phone number, I rang and after first being told that someone would answer, I was instructed by pre-recorded message, to leave my name and phone number.
Someone called me later and said that the delay was because the product was out of stock.
I said that I was annoyed that I had not received confirmation of my order nor an e-mail stating the position.
I was assured that the order would be sent ASAP and I did receive confirmation by e-mail.

Although the order did arrive in a day or so, it was the wrong product; Cavilon 3391G instead of the 3391H I had ordered and which it said it was on the accompanying invoice.
I both phoned, receiving the same recorded message asking me to leave a message which has not been answered and also sent a reply to the e-mail I had received as above, saying that the wrong product had been delivered.
Despite phoning and leaving another message, I have still received no answer.
Bearing in mind that Assetchemist found no difficulty in taking payment almost immediately, I find their incompetence and conduct appalling. and intend to take the matter further.
I will never use them again and would advise anyone contemplating an online purchase from them not to do so.

I had a lot of question, and the team were very patient and helpful. The ordered medicines arrived quickly. Very pleased all round.

I'm leaving 3 stars as at the moment, I don't want to give 1 (for many reasons), normally would give full. Placed an order 7 ish yesterday. Selected next day. Normally I would hear by early afternoon, and then receive a despatched email. . 24 hours later, nothing. . Never happened before. . Kind of regretting paying for next day as it did me a bit more than what other places would charge. The post man has just delivered and nothing. I'm wondering if it's a system failure as in all honestly I placed same order somewhere else, had same problem and That's just arrived. . Very odd.

Update Monday 4th June, Response from a rep today. . My order is now in progress. . Even thought I placed the order 07:00 Friday morning. . Never experienced this timescale before. . May actually take my business elsewhere.

Always got my orders the next day, sometimes I was called for confirmation but apart from that no problems occurred.

Great service! Upon contacting the site with an international prescription question, a staff member replied quickly with confirmation and details. I placed the order and given different time zones, the order was acknowledged, prescription acknowledged and order filled and sent via courier in a very timely manner. I have yet to receive the order but it is still within the expected delivery time frame. Very competitive prices and great international shipping!

Placed an order with Assetchemist. A week later, my order hadn't been despatched so I chased it up with them. Half an hour after chasing up, my order was despatched! Had they just forgotten about my order?

This is a wonderful company. Their website is easy to use, customer service is great and they have an excellent selection at great prices.

Product arrived on time (next day before 1pm)

The only issues I had were that the payment confirmation and order confirmation emails did not include the shipping address which led to a little confusion about where my order was being delivered- it did arrive at the correct address in the end though. I think the next day delivery option is a little overpriced when compared to competitors though.

However I would recommend and order again.

Brilliant Service, very efficient company, some pharmacies make you feel like youve done something wrong my ordering certain meds, 99% of people really need medications on a regular basis and this website makes u feel very comfortable and happy that they care deeply about each patient

Apparently what I ordered was not in stock. This was annoying as it took a few days to find out. However there were no issues with refunds etc - all very speedy.

They were easy to work with and delivered on time. Thank you!
