Made reservation online and received voucher number. Apparently something had gone wrong because after i arrived with my family at renter's office after a long trip there was no reservation and also no other cars available . Then had to drag family for 1 hour across town to airport to start new rental. Failed reservation should trigger notification to customer period
Dollar / Thrifty / AutoEurope / Car By Sicily and a few other brands. The Milan Malpensa airport office runs many brands. I have tried them a few times and have only good experiense. The paper Work prior to handing out the car is a bit slow, but that seems to be the case for ALL Companies :-|.
It wasn't the cheapest Company to order from in Malpensa, but to me it really matters that there are no unpleasant surprices. As a good sign, the quote was with a car delivered with full tank and to be delivered back with full tank. In summary: Reliable and secure service, fully recommended.
