AV Bristol 

I ordered online a Wharfedale Jade Speaker Set Mid April 2014.
I had to make a prepayment via Paypal(over 2400 Pound) because these are "non stock" items and must specially ordered from Wharfedale.And it takes aprox 90 Days.That was OK and I accepted that.
But the following not:
After 90 days I asked about my delivery.There came no specific answers. No call,no mail...nothing.Only I asked always.I think thats a obligation to provide to inform me. After a while I cancelled my order.
Only one person is answering me,but that person has nothing do do with refunds and he is forwarding my messages(I hope).
I wait now 5 working days for an specific answer or refund via Paypal.
Nothing is happend till now.

Update 17.9.14 No reimbursement till yet. So I gave this to a solicitor.

AV Bristol promises much but fails to deliver.
Waited in all day for delivery that did not appear.
Repeated emails asking for information of my order and reassurance it was on its way not replied to.
Was a time critical gift and AV Bristol has let me down.
Do not believe delivery statements and expect no communication.
I expect their shop is good but avoid ordering online.

Very helpful staff on the telephone and Instore, they could not have been more helpful with helping me choose and set-up my Sonos System.
I WILL be back and WILL be happy to recommend.

AV Bristol simply Could not supply an item they said was in stock! "its royal mails fault" . This company is attempting to save face by passing the buck. Don't be fooled like I was with thinking they cant be that bad or it wont happen to me! but it will! I still await a refund a week later. Avoid

I have purchased three items from AV Bristol in recent months and have found them very efficient and reliable including with some after sales service support. I unreservedly recommend them.

Kept on receiving emails about the product (speaker brackets) being delayed until they were delayed up to a good few months (!)

Ordered another pair which were recommended to me by AVBristol and I have to screw these pretty damn tight to stop the speakers from drooping as the speakers are heavier than the limit for the brackets, even though they were recommend to me for my speakers!

Also, the email asking me to write this review started "Dear om"

Ordered two things from them since Christmas and i can say the service has been first class. Ordered a Denon DM39 over xmas and collected it from the warehouse with no problems. Ordered a Wharfedale sound bar on a friday evening and it was delivered on the following Tuesday, well packed and it works like a dream. Will use again especially when they have their special discount periods. Thanks AV Bristol

I ordered a pair of Mission speaker stands on 13 Jan. I've called AV on 4 occasions, the last time on 21 March. Each time I have a polite conversation but the promise to call me back never happens. I've also been told that a number of people are waiting for this product and a group email has been sent giving updates. This hasn't happened either. I would still like the stands but I have just about lost patience with AV.

Next day delivery advertised on web site.I ordered my item 12 days ago,still waiting.When I phoned to see why it had not arrived I was told that the batch was faulty & had to be sent back,but for some reason I was left of the e mail list.The only good thing I can say about AV Bristol at the moment is that the chap who dealt with my phone query was very personable.Not planning to use them again.

Ordered a pair of speakers through their online shop, I found exactly the ones I was looking for at a great price.
Shipping costs (to Slovenia) very reasonable, quick delivery.
I will recommend this company to all my friends whenever they ask me about where to buy hifi equipment.

I ordered my Maranz UD7007 Blu-ray player at the weekend and by Wednesday it was delivered to my address.
Considering I do not live in the UK, that is what I call,
"Good old fashioned service."

I ordered a Marantz MCR610 one day and got it delivered the next day (Saturday). Absolutely no problems. AV Bristol also offered the cheapest price I could find on the net at the time.

This purchase started the bad way: order was canceled without a prior notice...

I just called them and talked to Jake, very friendly. The colour I wanted was not in stock anymore.
He fixed the price issue by sending me a voucher so I could place another order for another colour at the same price.

Order placed on monday, delivered on thursday (and I don't live in the UK) so it went fast, vey fast.

I will order form them again!

I contacted Av Bristol team via email and telephone for purchase of Center speaker.Support was very good.Email reply was quick and also got addition information via Telephone. I place order through there website and I got my item as per delivery date selected my be.
