Outrageous Response
An outrageous response from Bakker's customer service team. Clearly they are more interested in maintaining their trust pilot rating than dealing with their customers. In no way shape or form has the issue been resolved. I still don't have my delivery and I still have no information on if and when it will arrive so I still don't have any presents for my family this Christmas. Bakker have told me it's not their problem, it's all in the hands of their courier Hermes. I spent an hour trying to get through to Hermes customer services only to be told that it wasn't their problem and I had to speak to Bakker. I can only reiterate my comments, do not order anything from this company. They clearly do not care about their customers at all!
