I've bough lots of CDs from Bangcd the past 6-7 years.
Every once in a while the case is damaged, which I've let them know, and they have always sent me a new case right away.
The only downside is the shipping. Sometimes it takes forever and other times it takes a week. But you can't beat the prices.
I order from Austria (EU) - after 14 days I still do not have my CD.
When I ordered the first time there 2 years ago, I ordered a DVD. It did not arrive after 3 weeks so they finally send a 2nd item for free. It arrived after 2 weeks. The first one finally arrived after 3 months.
I have no clue what they are doing or where they send the items from, but you should be ready to wait for several weeks
On the one occasion i had to ask for a refund i got the money back in a reasonable time .
For the most part their prices are competitive even if the delivery time has been a bit slow in the past
I received a damaged DVD box and mailed BangCD.com. I received a friendly answer, where I was offered to replace the DVD, if I at the same time returned the damaged DVD box. BangCD promised to cover postage as soon as they received the damaged DVD box. New DVD box was received in perfect condition but despite several emails, I have never received the promised voucher to cover the postage. Receipt for postage has also been mailed to BangCD, but now they don't even care to give me any kind of explanation.
trying getting anywhere with customer services - dream on - a misnomer if ever there was one. There is no service. A promise to refund undelivered order accepted and then reneged on after I had re-ordered the same item. I have now been charged twice for the one item delivered!
I bought two items from this rubbish website and one was dispatched before the other, but was dispatched after the release date (the were CDs) so was late being delivered, however, the one sent after came to me fine,the one that was sent BEFORE the other one still has not arrived! I have sent them FIVE emails about this highlighting the complete lack of customer support and have heard NOTHING WHATSOEVER from them as a reply!!! I WOULD NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN IN MY LIFE. They have taken my money and have conveniently not replied since theiving it off me. Also to add insult to injury, there are no other contact details on the site!!!
