NEVER AGAIN
This is the most embarrassing company in the world. Their customer representative is extremely rude and calling me a liar for working 11 hours a day and don't have time to run around and pickup packages because they sent my order in three different parcels making me to take out vacation days just to pickup my parcels. Not only that, the parcels where also damaged and at one point, customer service said this is the first time in their entire experience, despite before saying they ship to a lot of customers. Well, my experience has been nothing but bad receiving packages that are filthy and damaged. Barnparadiset says that I need to take pictures and then have a waiting period of 2-3 weeks for approval and then for them to send out new ones. If I want to send it back, I need to pay shipping costs of 500-600 SEK, despite receiving packages that are destroyed. This is a complete joke and I will never purchase anything from this company ever again, and will also recommend everybody who asks to never ever trust them. The customer service representative is the most rude, nasty person I've ever encountered, infuriating one as well as questioning everything. This company is pure crap.
