Geld terug dankzij Paypal

Na een bestelling geannuleerd te hebben, kreeg ik eindeloos beloftes dat mijn geld teruggestort zou worden. Ik werd zelfs gebeld: je geld is net overgemaakt. Een week later stond het nog niet op de rekening. Het keurmerk Qshops heeft zich er mee bemoeit, waar meer beloftes op volgden die niet nagekomen werden. Uiteindelijk ben ik zo'n 4 weken bezig geweest om mijn geld terug te krijgen
Op dit moment is Basketbal24 (en de holding Sports24.nl) geroyeerd als lid van Qshops. Overigens voeren ze op dit moment nog steeds het logo.
Gelukkig had ik met Paypal betaald en kon ik bij hen een geschil openen. Zij hebben uiteindelijk éénzijdig het geld teruggehaald bij Sports24 en weer op mijn Paypal rekening gezet.
Advies: koop hier niet. Als je op trustpilot zoekt op Sports24 vind je een assortiment aan soortgelijke verhalen al sinds 2009. Af en toe staat er een comment tussen dat Sports24 beloofd alles weer goed te maken, maar daar komt dus niets van terecht.
