Bath And-body 

So me and my wife bought items from the Canton, Georgia location and had specifically asked the sales ladies if there were going to be any sales coming and of Course were told no or that they weren’t aware. So we bought $30 worth of scents only to find out the very next day they went on sale for $2.95 a piece and that would have saved us $15. So we reached out to the store and was told that there was nothing they could do to issue a refund for the difference. Now what is ironic is if you don’t like the scent you can return them no questions asked. But instead of that we just wanted to get a refund for the difference and was told sorry that is our policy. So we contacted the corporate office and after being on hold for an hour they only offered to mail us a coupon or give us 20% of the next visit so my wife politely told them where to stick it. We could have just returned them and gotten our money back and repurchased them but we were hoping they were a more reputable company then they have shown to this point. But after discussing it with the store and corporate office it is clear that true customer service isn’t on the top of bath and body works list. So moving forward you enjoy the $30 because I can guarantee you we will not be back and out of pure principal because we both work in customer service it saddens me that this is the greed that companies show now. We will not be spending our money inside or online at bed and bath again and on trust pilot your score is a 2.8 so I can clearly see why. You don’t value your customer or truly want to help them so 1 customer really doesn’t mean much to you but 1 can turn into thousands and if that happens you deserve exactly what you get. With the economy the way it is it would make better sense to take care of your customers. Anyways for those who shop and expect to be rewarded for sales when you just made the purchase 15 hours ago do not expect it from bath and body as they claim it is there policy to not refund sales prices a day later.

Bath and Body has so many products that smell so yummy. There are times that the website doesn't cooperate but is worth navigating. The delivery is fast and the merchandise arrives on time and in good condition!

This company denies and refutes an reviews for their products on their website. The attempt to extort a positive review from the customer and if it is negative in any way they delete it and say it does not meet their terms of service. Quite frankly its a despicable practice and hides their underperforming product line. To solicit a review and not like it because it isn't 5 stars so you remove it, tells me what to expect of the company.

I ordered a package my daughter ended up in primary children’s hospital for a week. When I came home my package wasn’t there. I’m not sure if stolen or not delivered but when I called they told me they wouldn’t help I could file a police report or file a claim on the carrier. I just can’t believe that!!! My chewy order was also missing when we finally got home but they resent it no questions asked and it was $20 more than my bath and body order!! Just horrible I don’t get what I paid for!!! Don’t do shopping from them go to store only or u will be out of luck and money!!!

Ordered online on March 21st. My order is still currently going from state to state from facility to facility. I will NEVER order online again. I love the products but the customer service is horrible. I tried to call and work something out with them but I was basically told it is nothing they can do about it and I would just need to wait until they decide to FINALLY deliver my package.

I was so excited to get my Bath And Body Foaming Hand Soap today! Only took about 6 days to get my 20; yes I ordered 20 because it was on sale and I have been out of it and I just can’t find anything comparable! I had to pay shipping but I didn’t mind because I couldn’t get to the stores but the soap is worth it! I miss my coupons!!!! Bath and Body please send me my coupons again one of your biggest fans!!! If you have never tried the foaming hand soap you are missing out I try every scent! Also I am very frugal but certain things have to be the best!

I like aromatherapy products. I used their body wash and foam bath, and I also wanted matching lotion so I bought theirs. First I purchased the plastic squeeze tube; by the time I was half way through, that was it! Had to cut the tube and use the lotion manually. So then I bought the time-honored glass bottle with pump sprayer. Same deal. Got down to maybe a third at least left, no access. Had to manually dump the lotion onto my hand to get it out. I'll find a company that pays attention to details like customer access to their products.

I love Bath and Body ! The reason I give a two star is because I recently visited a location to make a purchase and customer service was awful ! This to me was very disappointing. The cashier was nice but in a rush and another associate ( not friendly at all ) just threw my hand creams on counter like she didn’t care ; few fell on floor and had to be picked up. The cashier apologized but the associate that flung them just walked away. Maybe she was having a bad day but still that should have not happened. Bad moods should be kept outside the work place. Well that was my experience and I won’t shop at that location again. For the most part I love Bath and Body and the products offered ! I purchase a lot especially during the holidays.

I love bath and body work especially their candles. Good quality for the price. They always have great deals on their website.

Wonderful! Excellent products and even better service!!! Everyone was so kind. Got some lotion and some hand sanitizer. Both smell amazing and I use them everyday! The hand sanitizer hangs of of my backpack in a lil avocado! So cute! :3 Love bath and body works so much!

Bath and body works is scent heaven. Worth every scent! I bought 3 items (Watermelon lemonade lotion, endless weekend perfume, and into the night body wash) from their ongoing sale and all three arrived within the time frame they gave us. They all smell amazing and I think that I will be buying the exact same ones again! Anyways, no bottle was damaged and all were packaged perfectly. My sister also got 3 items and everything was perfect and great-smelling for her too! The products always last a really long time, I still have some from over a year ago! I currently own 4 perfumes, 2 lotions, 1 body wash, 3 hand sanitizers, and 1 lipgloss from this company and am planning on getting way more! It’s exactly like shopping in the store, but online, which is perfect for quarantine or any other thing!

In love with bath and body I buy a lot and got everyone hooked in my family now that’s what everyone wants for Christmas this year.

Love all of my bath & body works items! Been buying here for years and never unhappy. I especially love their coconut lotions and the marshmallow fireside candles!
