it is correct that we have offered free shipping in the past. However, back then, we would just send the orders with normal post, which would sometimes mean that the packages would take very long to arrive or got lost during transportation and didn´t end up with our customers at all! Therefore we are now sending all of our packages within Europe with Track & Trace to ensure that the packages arrive safely with our customers.
I wish you would have contacted us via email before leaving a negative Trustpilot review, so that we could give you an explanation as to why we have chosen to change our delivery options.

Annoyed that after a week I chased for my order and was told I would receive it this week (2 weeks after ordering), then received an email this morning that I will now have to wait for my ring to be back in stock for them to send, which won't be for another 2 weeks so I won't receive for another 3. This will be 5 weeks after I had placed the order and received my confirmation email. Inconsistencies in what I'm being told is making me reluctant to use them again, yes this is my first time and this was a gift so I'm feeling very disappointed today.

Great jewellery online
I have used this website 2 or 3 times to order jewellery by Anni lu. This range is not easily available in the UK but I can order easily and with free postage. Also easy returns so no hassle. There is an excellent range of jewellery available. I would recommend this website.
