Extremely helpful customer service and quick responses to enquiries
The folk's at Best Trade could not have been more accomodating to my request for a variation on a set of skis they were selling (I wanted skis with out bindings). They added the item to the website, checked when they would expect their delivery and let me know when the suppliers informed them of a delay on the delivery date. In the end we bought them at a higher price from a nearby shop and Best Trade gave an instant refund with no questions asked. Well done Best Trade!

Fast delivery and quick email responses
The GLS courier was great it included e mail updates on status and was very fast to Italy. No complaints. I purchased Blessed Herbs wellness products. The fastest service was using a credit card receipt.
