Amazing customer service!
Both my boyfriend and I are Bibob customers.
When we noticed they offer a cheaper subscription than what we had, we called and in less than 2 minutes both our subscriptions were changed!! Also, I called back an hour later to change my address, and the same process.
People are very nice and helpful and you feel treated with respect. That's what customer service is all about. And Bibob does it right!

Terrible customer service
Regret ever transferring my kids numbers to Bibob ! They don't answer the phone and take forever to answer emails. For example, I wrote to them on the 6th August and today is the 14th and they still have not replied. They have also "lost" one of the numbers i have with them and nobody knows where it is !

Great service on affordable prices!
All it all you guys are great. Sometimes of course there are some bugs in the system, like when you have to withdraw money from my bank account in the beginning of the month, but there is something wrong and you don't and then u just charge me for all my calls and texts. But that is fixable. All in all Bibob is a great phone company
