The watch is great but that's down to Seiko!
Despite ordering the watch, for my son's birthday, before 4pm to ensure next day delivery it arrived 5 days later.
The member of staff I spoke to couldn't have cared less.
Customer service nil.

This is my first purchase from Ball and Son Watches and I would highly recommend. My watch was cheaper than anywhere else, it was free P & P. Also it was delivered very very quickly. I'm very impressed and would definitely purchase again!.

I was let down by another watch company with an Armani watch I was looking at. I called bellandson watches to enquire how quickly they could get me the model I was after. I spoke to a man named Ian who informed me that he would call Armani and come back to me ASAP as they didn’t have it in stock. He called me straight back to say that he had ordered it in and that it would be 3 days. He said that I wasn’t obliged to order the watch but had ordered it in just in case as he knew my time sensitive situation. I decided to order it over the phone then, with a little apprehension due to being let down in the past.

The watch arrived 48 hours later 24 hours before the expected delivery. I thought the tracking email I was sent was in preparation not the actual tracking as it was so soon after the order was placed.

In short, I was well informed and they kept every promise they made and the watch is fantastic. 5 Stars!!

Been looking about for gift ideas, saw a watch my friend had been wanting but wouldn't buy herself so got it as a gift. Was cheaper on this website so hummed and hawed a bit but after reading reviews I just went for it. My wife wanted to buy me a new watch for our Wedding Anniversary so I found a Seiko watch I really liked. I had some initial questions about it and phoned to ask for more information. The person I spoke to was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, giving me accurate and unbiased advice. I was assured that, if I ordered the watch, even though it was out of stock at the time, it would be placed at the top of the queue and sent out to me as soon as it arrived. True to their word, I placed the order on a Thursday and the watch was delivered in perfect condition the following Monday. I often don't get such prompt service from companies that actually have their items in stock! Their use of the Royal Mail tracking system is also really handy, as it allows the customer to see the current location and delivery status of the order. I am delighted with my watch and, of course, getting it at £55 less than the high street, from an authorised stockist, is the icing on the cake. My whole shopping experience with Bell And Son has been superb and I will definitely recommend them wholeheartedly to my friends and family.

My son and I had already decided on what watch he would like for his Birthday. We then ordered through Bell & Son which was extremely easy and then delivered to Our door by the next day.

I purchased a Seiko watch from Bell and Son. The shopping experience was great, payment and delivery was extremely efficient and I received the watch the day after purchase.

I emailed the company to enquire about an additional strap for my new watch and Mr Bell responded with the available options within 24 hours.
