Ordered a gift for my boyfriend on the 8th of May 2020 as his birthday was on the 29th of May 2020 and TO THIS DAY it was not delivered. Since the 11th of May 2020 I have received 6 e-mails week after week from; versand@bobshop saying that delivery will be delayed with 2 weeks. Today still nothing has been delivered.
It started with a delivery that was 4 days later than promised (it was promised on their website that the would be delivery next day if ordered before 14.00). Then when I wanted to return it, they did not receive it. When I asked what the possibilities were, I got as reply that they could not do anything.
I can understand that something can go wrong, but now I have got nothing and no help from them at all. By far the worst experience I had with ordering something online.

I bought an item from them a couple of months ago. Delivery was acceptable but now the item needs repair. Fair enough; it can happen. So far registration for repair, waiting time, service etc... is not starting off very well. I dont know but perhaps they understaffed or something regarding their service department. The website for returns contains errors. I'm supposed to get feedback within 24hours but still waiting. I will come back here when all & if completed to let you know the final outcome.
I'm going into the 3rd day to have the parcel shiped back and still waiting for a ticket!!!

I have shopped in three different occassions at bobshop.nl and I always got a very fast delivery and an excellent service. When buying a washing machine I got it delivered to the third floor and set up for free. Many other webshops just deliver to the ground floor. Since I never had any problem I can't comment on their customer service or post-sale service.

The product is very good in I bought it at Bobshop because they offered the best price, according to the Google Shopping. Moreover, the product was at my home in the very next day!
