Where is the better business bureau? This company is accepting payment for a program that they know does not work. How about a lawyer looking into this for a class action suit for FRAUD!

Customer support is no where to be found. They don't respond, despite several attempts? Do not waste your money on this product, you have been warned!

I bought this programme 2 years ago and worked fine untill Facebook changed there program so it didnt work they tried to keep up with facebooks changes, but it looks like they gave up in the end. RIP Botoholic.

After using giftbox for quite awhile w/o probs, it suddenly stopped detecting gifts sent to me in Farmville. Sent msg to botoholic, received auto reply that my request was being looked at. After no contact, I sent another msg asking the status of my request. Once again "...being looked at yada yada yada..." Uh huh, yeah ... to date, nothing (person or bot) from botoholic.
I think botoholic has turned off the lights, locked the door and left the country. Read the other reviews and don't waste your time. I'm looking around for another product.

i also have written company.. made complaints as well as re-downloaded.. it is only working for the bonuses.. not for the requests.. no response from company and web site seems to be not functioning..

This used to be a great app for getting all those farming chores done when you're busy but it hasn't worked since March 2012!

No emails or requests to the company are replied or responded to, no contacts with subscribers on status of their product have been received, and despite the product no longer working, they are STILL accepting orders and taking your money. That last one may be the most criminal and unscrupulous action of them all. They should NOT be still selling a product that doesn't work and hasn't worked for quite some time!

I used to love the gift box pro but it quit working. There is absolutely no customer support. :(

whilst i have certainly benefited from a working version of farmmaster for my farmville game, it stopped working in march 2012 telling me it needed an update that botaholic were aware off and if i waited 2 hours it would be working. 5months later im still waiting for it to be fixed. the giftbox facility is great and i've not had any issues with that but im really dissappointed with farmaster. the game administrators have been notified several times by myself about the loss of the gaming master facility but nothing has been sorted.

IT QUIT WORKING... I MADE MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT, THEN SENT COMPLAINTS ABOUT BEING IGNORED, THEN SET REQUESTS FOR A REFUND...

THINKING ABOUT MAYBE STARTING A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT... THEY RIPPED US ALL OFF.

An iffy bot. Some times works but normaly not for long. I stopped using it about a month ago when i bought the sims bot and it didnt even pick up the stuff while I was "home" tried it for about a week or two with no success.

Redownloaded it becosue they had a special offer of VIP for 4.99 to get all of the BOTS. I figured what the heck its 5 bucks and i dont have to do that annoying pick up what you just freaking clicked stuff.

Worked decent on Cityville (booted twice in 30 minutes but thats normal for Zanga games) until i tried visiting neighbors, Freezes over and over.

Update now if you want but realize you will not be gettting a flawless bot by any means.

This used to work perfectly for Farmville. Now it throws "critical connection errors." Help Desk is a joke. I opened a ticket SIX MONTHS ago for another issue that was never answered and still shows as "pending." I laughingly opened another two weeks ago, and still nothing. It's a waste of money, and their customer service sucks.

Botoholic used to work for Cafe World and Mafia Wars 2. It has since stopped working. It does nothing in Cafe World..does not serve dishes, clean stoves, visit neighbors, nothing. Does not work for Mafia Wars 2 either except that it quickly collects rewards. If you try to visit neighbors automatically, your avatar just runs around after completing five tasks, but never jumps to the next neighbor.

I opened a help desk ticket three days ago...nor reply yet.

This product has never worked for me despite paying for the pro version. I complained 4 months ago and am still waiting for a response.

I had been using this for months to collect gift requests for all of the games that I play and now it won't work. I have downloaded and reinstalled and get nothing. If you had asked me a month ago I would have raved, but now it is useless.

If I didn't have Botoholic I would have stopped playing Botoholic ages ago! Just the simplefact that it collects all the stupid pop ups makes it worth its weight in gold.
I have got around 5 friends using it also and they to would rate it 5 stars the same as me.
People are saying on here they get no support? I always get an answer to my questions? They actually answer a lot quicker than Zynga!!!
As for the visiting neighbours not working, well thats because of the news stand. It will collect from any neighbour that doen't have the news stand anymore. If you think you can design a programme that visit your neighbours and communicate with the news stand aswell then good luck! LOL!!!!

This really is the most ultimate tool you will ever have to play your games with. I only play FrontierVille (or Pioneer Trail as it's now called) but I can't stress enough, I wouldn't play at all if I didn't have Botoholic as the gameplay is just to annoying without it - 'click click click click click!!!' I think my button was going to come off!

I just hope that Botoholic is here to stay as they did a server upgrade today and I paniced like mad because I thought they had been taken off line! I should also add that I contacted support about this (while the server was down) and got a response in less than 80 minutes, so those that say there is no support????????????

does not work consistently. FrontierMaster seizes every time, so does SimMaster. CityMaster works well, but recently, I have not been able to open the application. A great idea gone to sh*t. Save your money.

I have had the Botoholic for -2- years now. The Frontierville bot ceased working immediately. It does NOT visit neighbors as promised. If you are able to get it to actually visit your neighbor without timing out, it will immediately crash as soon as you click for it to do a task. It is much faster to manually visit them than to keep reloading the bot repeatedly.

As for the Cafe bot, well it quit serving food several months ago. It will cook the food but frequently freezes and quits and has to be refreshed over and over again just to cook. I have written to support repeatedly to no avail. I have yet to receive a reply or any acknowledgement whatsoever.

This program has been uninstalled and re installed over and over. The browser and flash are always current and the Bot still refuses to work.

I would caution anyone looking to purchase this program to just chuck their $$ in the trash. You would get a better response from that than from purchasing this program. The Bot doesn't work, and their 'so called support system" doesn't exist.

This is a bad program and waste of money. In the amount of time that you spend trying to get it to work you could have done the task yourself and been done.

All These capchas don't work half the time ,and i hate it now,you guys killed a good program,and is glad i didnt buy it now,as its going down hill fast...
