The engineer, Lauren, came round having surveyed the area beforehand, explained my options and listened to my response, and just got on with it. She called in others to help overcome the unexpected issues, and Stephen A and another lad came round and they worked to get the job done on time, well impressed with this level of service. Plus the broadband is half the price of my previous provider and 3 times faster. Thank you all brsk.
If I could put NO STARS I would have. BT service is appalling. They cannot answer calls - even though they are a phone company taking millions of pounds from customers, they could at least have enough trained staff.
Never had a good experience both business and residential. Currently been holding for 1 hour for the 4th day to deal with slow broadband speed that 4 people could not help with.
First explaination for sudden slow speed is that I need to BUY MORE from them! I doubt they bother to read reviews.
Open until 9pm but don't bother trying after 5pm.
WHY can't you provide better service BT - you have our money??
Unacceptable experience. I will never use them again. I ordered some toys from them on 1 April. Today is 2 May, and I still haven't received them. Their customer service is not helping me at all. They blame their new logistics system. They are sending me tracking numbers which does not work. I went to their shop in Oslo Byporten, and they were not any better. They were downright rude to me.
I ordered the products to bring the with me on my Easter vacation. That was not possible because of BR. Next time I will not order products from them.
Feel free to order from BR, but don't say that I didn't warn you.

Good product, Great service
I'd definitely recommend the BR online system. Not only was it super simple to use, but I didn't even need to leave the house to find and order my son's birthday present!
There were no problems, the package arrived on time and everything was satisfactory.
We are still waiting for the delivery. We have received the order confirmation and this questionnaire for service evaluation and we haven´t got the goods yet :)
