Bratislava Stags Reviews 

We were due to travel to Bratislava with a group of 13 and were dissapointed when we were told that we could not fly due to corona virus for the stag party that we paid in full for. I contacted bratislava stags and we were giving the option to postpone the trip with no penalties or if we wanted we could get a full refund as we had paid in full. We decided on the refund which was refunded in full. Still gutted about not making it to Bratislava, but as soon as we can all agree a date we will be heading over there and without a doubt booking with Bratislavastags.

Our guide Dominika was friendly and helpful, and was very talkative. The activity itself was great - not every day you ride in a tank! Plus the owner was very knowledgeable and had good history of the vehicle. All in all worth the money.

Complete fraud. The guy took our money and ran. A group of 10 of us were left stranded at Vienna airport with no transport, no hotel, no activities and no contact. Website went down while we were there and all contact was ignored. DO NOT USE.

Arrived for our stag do and there was nobody there to pick us up from the airport, the website was conveniently down, and we were unable to get hold of anyone on any numbers or via other contact methods.
Made our own way to a holiday inn (as we hadn't been provided with hotel details) and then attempted to find the company at the provided location the next morning...nobody had heard of them!

If you decide to use them despite our warnings, please do 2 things:
1. Do not pay up front.
2. Make sure you have the details of the hotel you are supposed to be booked in to and then verify with that hotel.

Complete scam. Never showed up, office doesn’t even exist. Avoid like the plague.

Scam company. AVOID. No airport pick up. No communication, no accommodation details. DO NOT USE.

This company is a scam. Happily took our money then never showed at the airport for collection. No answer to any phone call, text or email. Physically went to the addresses for this company and its parent company European Stags and no sign of any office at either location. DO NOT USE!

Total scam company. DO NOT USE! Did not turn up to pick us up. No contact. Would not answer the phone. Went to the offices in Bratislava and it did not exist. Local companies said they had never existed in the building. Will take your money and run.

Didn't show up at the airport, didn't contact us, couldn't get hold of the them for the entire time we were there, office is not located where they said they were, complete scam, avoid at all costs

Definitely recommend Bratislava Stags to book your trip with. Everything was organized very well. Amazing communication keeping us informed and helping us plan our trip weeks in advance of getting there. They are extremely helpful, Dean and Miriama our guide.
It was so easy to book with them just a small deposit and then pay when you get there.
The activities were amazing, with our groom saying it was the best day of his life!
Even when we our planned activities were done, Miriama still had more ideas of things we can do and we ended up having an even better night!
Don’t hesitate to book with them. They did an amazing job for us. We also had a local guy with us and he told us that the prices were also very good, so it’s great value on top of everything else!

Great communication prior to our arrival with Dean and the Team. Our guide Miska met us outside our accomodation as soon as we arrived and immediately built a great rapport with us. She went out of her way to ensure we were all enjoying ourselves and took us to some awesome places throughout the weekend. Highly recommended you use this company to help with your stag!

Well organised, super friendly service and all of the Programm was a success!! Absolutely awesome weekend!! I just can recommend this service and with Miska we had the best guide!! Have fun!!

Spot on from start to finish. Always prompt responses when planning. Upon arrival the guide was brilliant and got involved with the group. Highly recommended.

Group of 8 on a VIP package, from the moment we landed everything was well planned, well executed and the guides are very professional, fun and felt like part of our group. Loads of great advise, stag had the best time and we had a great laugh at his expense. Thoroughly worth the extra for VIP just so much easier, only thing to note we were warned to stay away from the dancing clubs. I suggest booking anything like that through the company. Have fun!

Concerned before going how my brother would cope as he’s not the “typical” stag. Dean suggested activities that we all would enjoy rather than humiliate my brother. Miska was great, ensuring the stag do ran smoothly. I couldn’t have ask for anymore, exceeded all of my expectations. 5 stars.

So this was the second time we have used Dean and his company. The first time back in 2013 where we had a great time and great organisation. That’s why we booked again this year and 22 of us went to Bratislava at the end of April. The trip started well, pick up, hotel and first night all fine. Day 3 and our activity beer biking (€750) was cancelled at last minute through no fault of the company or of ourselves. The bike has broken on the morning trip and we were shown pictures. Dean made contact and apologised and said we’d be fully refunded (I have the email). On return I have tried to contact Dean and the company through every available method. At first he delayed my refund and said how he was waiting for the beer bike people to refund him this was a lie as I spoke in detail to the beer bike company directly. They are disgusted with dean for trying to blame them also. Now I have had no further contact with dean - he has gone offf the grid and will not respond. He owes me €750 because of the cancelled activity.

Would I recommend this company? Unfortunately not and I’d advise to stay away as I believe them to be untrustworthy and hold no morals. How you can treat returning customers like this is disgusting. Such a shame as up until that point all was going well.

I used this company for my brothers stag do and a number of people in our group said it was the best stag they've ever gone on, all thanks to Dean and Miska. From the moment we were picked up from the airport, we were looked after so well. Miska was on hand to help throughout the whole weekend and couldnt have done a better job.
