What great service. The hinge cover to our Chiller Cabinet was slightly damaged in transit but we had no problems at all with Brennands. They immediately made arrangements to replace the entire item, if required, although eventually we asked them to send us just a new cover. this arrived very quickly and the Chiller is working with no problems. I would have no problems recommending them or using them again.

I did some research on line and found an unbelievable price for a glass fronted drinks fridge via Brennands. Not only was the price great but the delivery of it was easy and completely pain free. Even though at the time there was an e mail issue (my delivery date wasn't sent due to a problem with the e mail at the time) when I phoned for an update I was informed fully of this issue and delighted to know that my item was already dispatched.
