Morons
First, over the phone, the numbers provided were less than 1m compared to the website. Then, presumably, the person said that they don't think we have half a million for the downpayment. Complete morons.

They are so bad. Asked them for re-evaluation of the house and they gave me the same price as they assessed 2 years ago when we moved to this newly built house. Even an idiot knows that prices in Ørestad has gone up from dkk 32000/ sqm to almost dkk 42000/ sqm from 2016 to 2018. My neighbor’s house was sold a month ago for dkk 40,000/sqm.
When I asked them for justification, the answer was that it is not in their job description to provide justification and they won’t tell me that how did they come to the conclusion that the prices have not changed since 2016. Now I am looking for offers from other banks and I hope to get out this shity company soon.
Super service,og super søde(Peter Sixhøj)tak for det.
The overall process to get the home loan was ok, the BRF advisor was overall good at this point, however when it came to the added services they offer together with the loan, like lawyer to complete the loan then stay away. We could not use our regular lawyer because she was already on the seller side so we decided to take the lawyer service from BRF, even though it was quite a bit more expensive than our regular lawyer and were told it was a complete "turnkey" solution for the home purchase. So it turns out that they put us in contact with their partner lawyer firm Isaksen Nomanni (for which I should have checked their trustpilot ratings), and they were quite nice during the meeting, but they invented a whole bunch of extra jobs they wanted to do that were out of scope to increase the fee. These extras were rejected and they still came up with an additinal fee that they wanted to (and did invoice me), despite the fact that I never had a contract with them, as the contract was with BRF. The BRF advisor pretended not to receive any emails in this regard and just kept quite as the lawyers kept harrassing for extra payment. The lawyers kept asking for payment despite the fact that they had th money from my refusionsopgørelse in their posession. At the end if the day they kept part of money from my refusionsopgørelse because they said it was for their "extra" fees and the advisor from BRF just pretended it was ok, for their partner lawyers to do this. I will certianly not recommend their lawyer services, and I will not use BRF again (This is the second loan I have gotten with them and certainly the last).
