Bumps Maternity Wear 

Ordered a legging in my normal size M, its basically 10 times too big, and i am asked £19 to return the legging and pay shipping fee to order another one in size S. is it 1990? What kind of customer service is that???? Never ordering again

I read the reviews after I ordered and was worried I wouldn't get anything delivered and had spent $165. Was very very happy to receive everything in my order about a month later (it's coming from China so this is about normal). I have been stung by another company based in China where my order never arrived so am feeling lucky this company has fulfilled the order and pretty happy with the maternity clothing for my daughter.

Its a scam!!!i ordered a lot of maternity clothes almost a month ago…nothing!!i cannot track them..cannot reach them!!scam

Please do not buy from this company. It took over two months for them to send me dresses and they didn’t fit by the time they arrived. They will not pay for me to return my clothes and I have to ship them to China! Terrible customer service!

This website is a scam. I ordered on 4/12 with 5 day shipping, and still have not received my order. I’ve emailed them countless times and they have stopped responding to me. They blocked me from being able to comment anything on their Facebook page which leads me to believe this whole site is a scam. Save your money and don’t order from them. Will be contacting my bank account to do a reverse charge for fraud.

Ordered dresses on 4/5 for my graduation on 5/20... I’ve been told twice they were being shipped. They were never shipped. Luckily I realized about 2 weeks ago I was ripped off so I bought a different dress.

I returned my package out of my own pocket, read the return policy really good if you order from this scam/ company.
I contacted them about how my tracking number said delivered, they never reached out. I emailed them and 3 days later they sent an email that my package was stolen but this company still promised a refund. 5 emails later still no refund. Please don't buy from this company and how do I report this problem??

Trying to cancel my order. Phone number doesn’t work on website, you can’t send them a questions through their “contact us” section, and no one is returning my support emails.

Ordered three items, had the normal dispatch email stating 2-3 days delivery. Some 3-4 weeks later nothing, emails ignored, Facebook and Twitter not active and waiting for a refund. Phone number is not recognised so can only assume they are not in business anymore despite still taking money from orders off the website.

Very unhappy with this company, I ordered a pair of black trousers from this company nearly 3 weeks ago. The website states a standard delivery time of 2-3 days in the UK. I emailed them through there website in the contact us section and had no response. I then emailed again via my conformation email of which i received a response. I have now had my money refunded and the order has been cancelled.

I would not recommend this company at all. I ordered a maternity swim suit the website claimed standard delivery was 2-3 days. Having not heard anything/recieved the item 3 weeks later I emailed the bumps. I did not receive a reply. A week later my account was credited for an item 'lost in transit' . I will now have to re-order the item from somewhere else.

Ive recently brought a maternity nursing bra & found it to be one of the mose comfortable ever. Infact ive been back on-line to buy some more. The service was fast & reliable & i'll definately be recommending this site to my other pregnant friends. :0)

Bought a few dresses from Bumps Maternity Wear at the beginning of August with the intention of only keeping one for a wedding.

However I was so knocked out by the ones that arrived that I keep 3 !!! Hubbie didn't even mind either as he liked them so much too. Bonus there.

Great value for money and the quality was fine too and much more stylish than others I had ordered and tried. Some were just frumpy and my mum said she wouldn't of worn them either.

Anyhow, returned 2 and refund was swift. I will definitely be recommending this site to my friends as it is so difficult finding decent maternity clothes.

What a find!

As per other reviews elsewhere on the the internet, the quality of the items are poor. The delivery was timely, however, on returning the item due to the poor quality, the company pretend they haven't received it.

This company are known for it, and make you claim against the royal mail for the returned items.

If you must buy from this company, and I suggest you don't, please make sure your returns are tracked!

hi there, i ordered 2 dresses at the end of march and decided to keep one and return the other. i have now chased the returned item and payment 3 times with no response or information.
i sent my returned dress back on the 4th April and everytime i call the lady takes a name a contact number and says someone will call back tomorrow - i'm not quite sure what is so difficult to deal with it whilst i'm on the phone but i have also asked that if i do not answer (due to work) please leave me a message or even send me a text message and i will return the call. i am still waiting to have the return confirmed and my payment refunded!!!!!!
the dress i kept is very nice and i have no problem with the quality of the product.

I never got to make the purchase despite three attempts as the link between the website and Paypal kept crashing

Great dress although the wrap sections across the front are a bit of a fiddle to get right!

I was eagerly awaiting my nursing bras as I was about to give birth, I had ordered one bra with padding and one without. I was sent two without padding even though the padded bra was more expensive. I live in Switzerland and get charged duty so returning it wasn't an option. Just a careless mistake but disappointing.
