Sells tyres over two years old as new never again

I HAVE HAD ONE FAULTY TYRE THAT IS OUT OF SHAPE SLIGHTLY. THE TYRE IS ONLY JUST 3 MONTHS OLD ONLY DONE JUST OVER 1000K IF THAT AND THEY SAYING ITS THE CARS FAULT FOR TAKING OF THE ORIGINAL ? I HAVE HAD THE STEERING AND SUSPENSION CHECK WITH NO ISSUES BUT THIS PERSON IS SAYING ITS THE CAR AT FAULT?
AND THEY SHOULDNT HAVE THOSE SIZE WHEELS ON WHICH WAS CALCULATED TO FIT THE CAR AND KEEP THE MPH TO ROUGHLY THE SAME.

PLEASE DONT UPGRADE YOUR WHEELS AND TYRES AS CAMSKILL WILL NOT HONOUR THE WARRENTY IF YOU DONT CONTACT YHEM FIRST FOR ADVICE ?
THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO SELL THEM YOU AND NOT ASK FOR THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE CAR THEY ONLY ASKED FOR THE REG WHEN I WAS GOING TO MAKE A CLAIM. BUT THE PERSON ON THE EMAIL IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL MORE NEGATIVE THEN ANYTHING AND CERTAINLY NO CUSTOMER SKILLS. HE EVEN SENT A EMAIL AND IN THE EMAIL SAYS DONT BUY FROM US

I've used them before and I'm pretty sure I've left 5* feedback. This time they despatched the goods promptly, as usual, but the courier they chose was slow and took 26 hours to do the final 4 miles from the local depot to my house. That's cost them a *

Very misleading webiste and false preomises to trick client to purchase from them. Website claims to deliver items by next day if an order is placed by 4pm on the day before, what a lot of crap!
Placed my order Thursday 25/06 at as of today - Monday 29/06 - still waiting for the goods.
Why advertise something that clearly they cant deliver on, just say we will deliver in 3-5 working days, like any other companies, how complicate is it to just offer the service that oyu are able to offer??

I ordered tyres before 2025 New Years. I received the tyres but at the time did not realise they sent me the wrong size. Around a month later I went to get them fitted at the garage and was informed the size was wrong. I emailed Camskill to try get a return organised for the correct tyre size I ordered but was refused because my order was over 2 weeks old. The tyres are literally still brand new with the stickers on, so in short I have basically been scammed and been left with 2 useless tyres and nearly £200 out of pocket. I would avoid. It's been 6 months since I have opened a case through Klarna but they have been just as useless as Camskill unfortunately.

1st time experience with Camskill. I ordered Hankook Ventus Prime4 K135a 225/50 R18 95V (+) TL the VW OE spec that matches the Estima 2.4 spec on Wednesday 13.5.26, and received them on Friday 15.05.26 The tyres are DOT 3625 September 2025, treadwear 240 Made in PRC. Camskill service from start to finish is as advertised with separate email confirmations for order received, payment details received, order progress, and on evening of the day of despatch Order Tracking & Completion email, then a further 3 emails from their courier APC upto delivery. Camskill replied to my email enquiries up to purchase within 2 hours during working hours. The cost were £30 per pair lower than the nearest competitor. Delivered on Friday via APC courier who send out their own tracking emails in the evening after despatch and delivered as promised.

The tyres had the EU rating label and were packed in clear film which tore a way in some parts but the product was unblemished and as ordered in new condition.

I couldn't see any mention of warranty for the tyres but I anticipate Camskill have a way to help customers if a problem with new tyres occurs after fitting them on.

Pleased with the Camskill experience so I will consider using them again next time.

TOOK MY ORDER AND MY MONEY then said they did not have the tyres in stock, despite the website saying they did. Still waiting for my money 36 hrs later - Sharp practice AVOID

Ordered a couple of Hankook tyres on Tuesday lunchtime and they were delivered by APC at 9:30 the next morning . Tyres were the correct sizing, and dated wk38 2025 (this was March 2026) so fairly recent manufacture. Highly recommended, will definitely use again.

I've been trying unsuccessfully to get a specific car tyre. Camskill showed the tyre being available online. I rang them (excellent telephone customer service) and they assured me it was in stock and would be with me by Monday. I ordered it online and it arrived on Friday, three days early!

Have ordered before without any issues and quick delivery. This time it's been a nightmare.
They advertise 1 day dispatch. Ordered on Sunday, so should dispatch on Tuesday. I then received an email saying they would arrive on Wednesday. At the same time I received an email that the tyres would be dispatched on Friday!
What happened to the one day dispatch?!
I've asked to cancel my order.

Just received almost 5 years old winters tyres that supposed to be new.rubber is very hard and a few garages refused to put them on because they're unsafe to use and can perish or crack any time.no support at all from the seller just emails send back and for.

Used this company a couple of times never had an issue with the price ,delivery etc ,problem with some tyres and contacting them directly the attitude recieved was appalling to the point of infuriating. Very unhelpful. I'll stick with black circles next time !
