I have proof that this lady was refunded. The order was sent to Russia via registered post and someone else signed for it. I did get in touch with her and she agreed to a refund. Russia is notorious for items sent in the post being stolen, especially when sent to a flat or an "academy" as in her case
Great natural care
I have been using cebra for a couple of years now since deciding it was too much of a hassle to keep making my own body butters. The whipped body butters smell great, jeep my skin soft and healthy and are 100% natural. I don't see why I would stop buying.
